From your mobile app:

Make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to the updated WiFi network
Access the WiFi settings in the thermostat app
Enter your new WiFi password
Select “Next”
Briefly press the WPS button on the receiver (located on the device) - use an appropriate object if necessary
Follow the remaining instructions in the app to finalize the connection

If reconnection fails:

Check that your phone is connected to WiFi (and not mobile data)
Ensure that your router is functioning properly
Restart your phone and repeat the procedure
Check that you are using the correct WiFi password
Place the receiver closer to the router (maximum range: 40 meters in open field, reduced in case of obstacles)

Once the steps are completed, your FERROLI Connect should be reconnected to your network with the new password.
