Where is the fuse (protection fuse) located and how can I check if it is working?

The fuse (protection fuse) of the Tesy ModEco 80 is not located in the appliance itself. It is installed in the main electrical circuit of your installation, usually in the electrical panel of your home.

Location and specifications

The fuse must be installed on a separate electrical circuit dedicated exclusively to the water heater
For a power ≤ 3000W: fuse of 16A
For a power > 3700W: fuse of 20A

Check in your electrical panel that the fuse is of the correct value and that it has not tripped.

If the fuse regularly blows

A fuse that constantly trips indicates an overload or an electrical fault. Contact a qualified electrician to check the installation and the condition of the appliance. Do not replace the fuse with a higher value (e.g., 20A instead of 16A), as this would void the protection.

Important note: any intervention on the electrical circuit must be carried out by a licensed professional.

How to connect the BelliSlimo Cloud 100 to WiFi?

To activate the WiFi connection on your BelliSlimo Cloud 100 water heater:

Put the device in standby mode by pressing the main button (the device must be off)
Press buttons 8 and 9 simultaneously for more than 10 seconds
You will see the WiFi symbol appear on the LCD screen - the connection is activated

Once the WiFi module is activated, you will be able to access Cloud functions to control and monitor your water heater remotely, including the three programmable modes (P1, P2, P3) and the three ECO modes (ECO Smart, ECO Night, ECO Comfort).

Important: After a factory reset, you will need to reactivate your WiFi network connection by following these same steps.
