What is the lifespan of the light source of the ZU720T?

The laser light source of the projector has a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours in normal mode and can reach 30,000 hours in eco mode.

How to clean the projector's air filter?

It is recommended to clean the air filter every 1000 hours of use. Remove the filter, wash it with warm water and mild detergent, rinse and dry completely before reinstalling.

Can I use a standard HDMI cable to connect my computer?

Yes, the projector is equipped with two HDMI inputs compatible with HDMI 1.4a signals. Use a standard HDMI cable to connect your computer or other video source.

How do I adjust the size of the projected image?

Use the zoom ring on the lens to adjust the image size. The throw ratio is 1.25 to 1.79:1. You can also move the projector relative to the screen.

What should I do if the image is distorted?

Use the keystone correction (OSD menu) to straighten the image vertically and horizontally. You can also enable the 4-corner correction for precise adjustment.

Does the projector support 3D?

Yes, the ZU720T supports 3D DLP Link. You will need compatible active 3D glasses and 3D content (via HDMI). Enable 3D in the menu.

How do I reset the security password?

Access the Security menu via the OSD. To reset a forgotten password, contact Optoma support with the unlock code displayed on screen.

What image modes are available?

The projector offers several preset modes: Cinema, Presentation, sRGB, DICOM Sim, etc. You can also customize your own settings in the Image menu.

Can I install the projector on the ceiling?

Yes, the ZU720T supports ceiling installation. Use a suitable mounting kit (not included). Ensure the mount can support a weight of 15 kg.

How to use the HDBaseT function?

The HDBaseT port allows transmission of video, audio, and control (RS232) over a single Ethernet cable, up to 100 meters. Connect an HDBaseT transmitter to your source.
