Frequently Asked Questions - Energy+ 58G035 Graphite

What batteries are compatible with the Graphite Energy+ 58G035?
The device requires two 18V batteries (total 36V). They must have the same capacity and charge level. Use only original Graphite batteries.
How do I replace the cutting line?
Remove the spool cover by pressing the safety catches. Take out the empty spool, and wind new line (2mm diameter, max 3m) onto the spool. Thread the ends through the housing holes and reinstall the cover until it clicks. Refer to manual for detailed steps.
Can I use a metal blade instead of the line?
Yes, the brushcutter comes with a three-tooth knife for thicker vegetation. Always use the guard when using the knife.
How do I adjust the handle angle?
Loosen the handle lock screw (5), set the desired tilt, then retighten the screw. This allows ergonomic positioning for comfortable use.
Why won't the brushcutter start?
Ensure two batteries are installed and charged. Press the trigger lock button (17) and then squeeze the trigger (18). Check that the guard is correctly fitted. If still not starting, remove batteries and inspect.
How does the automatic line feed work?
While the motor is running, tap the spool gently on the ground. The line will automatically extend and the excess is cut by the blade on the guard.
What is the spindle reverse button for?
Press the reverse button (19) to rotate the spindle backward. This helps clear tangled grass around the cutting head. The motor will run in reverse for about 2 seconds.
How do I clean the brushcutter?
After each use, remove grass residue from the guard and spool. Clean the motor housing ventilation slots with a brush or low-pressure compressed air. Never use water or chemical cleaners.
What safety equipment should I wear?
Always wear safety goggles, hearing protection, non-slip sturdy shoes, and long trousers. Use protective gloves when handling the cutting elements.
Is the Graphite Energy+ 58G035 suitable for wet grass?
No, avoid mowing wet grass. The manual warns against using the device in rain or wet conditions to prevent electric shock and to ensure safe operation.

Sound power level LwA=95,2 dB(A) K=2,1 dB(A)
Vibration acceleration a_h=1,237 m/s^2 K=1,5 m/s^2

Information regarding noise and vibration

The level of noise emitted by the device is described by: the level of the emitted sound pressure LpA and the sound power level LwA (where K is the measurement uncertainty). The vibrations emitted by the device are described by the value of the vibration acceleration ah (where K is the measurement uncertainty).

The emitted sound pressure level LpA, sound power level LwA and the value of vibration acceleration ah given in this manual were measured in accordance with EN 62841-1. The stated vibration level ah can be used for the comparison of devices and for the initial assessment of vibration exposure.

The stated vibration level is representative only for the basic use of the device. If the machine is used for different applications or with different work tools, the vibration level may change. The higher vibration level will be influenced by inadequate or too seldom maintenance of the device. The reasons given above may result in an increased exposure to vibration during the entire operating period.

To accurately estimate exposure to vibration, consider periods when the equipment is turned off or when it is turned on but not in use. After all factors have been carefully assessed, the overall vibration exposure may be significantly lower.

In order to protect the user against the effects of vibrations, additional safety measures should be implemented, such as: periodic maintenance of the device and working tools, protection of the appropriate temperature of hands and proper organization of work.
