After the completion of the production process, if there is no other operation, it will automatically enter the insulation program: when there is no operation, the ice cream machine will enter the insulation state after the completion of the production, and the display screen will display Cool and flash and measure the hardness bar. The machine will stop working for 5 minutes first, and then the motor will stir for 15 seconds and then carry out the hardness test. If the hardness of test result 1 is insufficient, continue to make ice cream, and test result 2 is hardness enough to continue to pause for 5 minutes, and cycle like this for 120 minutes:

Test result 1: if the hardness is less than the selected hardness, start the previous selected program but the screen "COOL", the hardness bar will not change until the measured hardness reaches the selected hardness, then stop for 5 minutes;

Test result 2: the hardness is enough, continue to stop for 5 minutes;

Power on after insulation.

Keep cool function

Ice cream keep cool function: In order to prevent you from leaving in the ice cream production process, and after the production is completed, you can not eat or save the ice cream in time, which leads to melting of the ice cream. We have added the following humanized design: when the ice cream is finished and no one is operating. Next, the holding time is 120 minutes. After 120 minutes, the machine will enter the standby state. The screen shows "COOL" and the completed hardness bar.

Motor self-protection function

When the ice cream becomes harder, the mixing motor might be blocked. Then the motor protection device makes the mixing motor stop working by detecting its temperature to ensure the life of the motor.

Controlling the Volume of the Ingredients

To avoid overflow and waste, please make sure that the ingredients do not exceed 60% of capacity of the removable bowl (Ice cream expands when being formed).

320 ml whole milk

152 g granulated sugar

240 g heavy cream, well chilled

2–3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, to taste
