INSTRUCTIONS
- Before use, clean all parts of the product (except the motor) with neutral detergent, and wipe away any water droplets on the surface of the parts.
A Motor parts must not be touched or immersed in water during cleaning;
B When cleaning, please do not use anything that may easily damage the metal inner bowl.

Place the freezing bowl vertically in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, freeze at the temperature below -18^ C for more than 8 hours (it is best to freeze at night and use during the day). At the same time, stir the prepared ingredients evenly and place them in the fridge compartment to cool to 5 10^ C .

Place the machine on the table and plug in the power plug.
After powering on, the display will show "40:00" and the product will enter standby mode; put the frozen bowl into the machine, then put the mixing blade into the freezing bowl. Align the transparent up cover with the bowl on the machine and cover it.
Take out the Transparent handle cover (unlock/lock according to the instructions on the cover); press the "Start/Stop" button on the panel to start the machine.
The minutes and seconds will appear on the display.
The timer enters a countdown state; the freezing bowl rotates clockwise.
Pour the prepared ingredients into the feeding port of the transparent up cover, and then close the handle lid. (The display shows that the 40-minute countdown working time is: 39:59/39:58/39:57 ... count down every second until the minutes and seconds are both "00:00", the machine stop working).
The ice cream will be ready after the machine has been churned for about 40 minutes.
Open the transparent up cover and take out the mixing blade.
Please use a spoon or plastic spoon to take out the ice cream from the freezing bowl and it is ready to eat.
While the machine is working, press "Start/Stop" to stop the machine from working.
Press it again and the machine will continue to work according to the original set time.
To reset the time, press the "Start/Stop" button to stop the machine, then press the "-"/"+" button to set the desired time, and then press the "Start/Stop" button to restart the machine. (Note: Do not add anything other than ice cream ingredients, and do not add "hot" ingredients.)
- The default working time of the machine is 40 minutes. Press the "-"/"+" key to set the working time, which are: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes, 45 minutes and nine different working time.
Note:
The ice cream will be soft. If you want hard ice cream, the best way is to put the freezing bowl into the freezer and freeze it for 30 minutes.
Note: The following phenomena are not malfunctions!
The motor has a built-in temperature protector. If the continuous operation time is too long, the protector will automatically cut off the power due to excessive temperature rise. When the motor temperature drops, the thermostat will automatically reset and the motor will restart.

Ice cream making method:
Preparation before loading the mixer
- For sugar, use granular sugar, which is easy to dissolve;
- The materials to be dissolved should be mixed together and easily dissolved;
- Use riper fruits, clean them, and remove the stems, skins, seeds, cores, etc.
- The juice should be freshly squeezed or 100% juice sold in the market, which tastes better.
- The portion size should not exceed half the volume of the container (to prevent the ice cream from expanding and overflowing after ready), and the proportions of each ingredient can be changed according to everyone's preferences.

Put the sugar and egg yolks in a container, beat them with a whisk or chopsticks until they become milky yellow, and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the milk into the pot and heating to a slight boil.

Slowly pour the boiled milk into the beaten egg liquid with a spoon, and stir while pouring. Be sure to stir evenly!
(Be careful not to pour all the milk into the egg liquid at once, otherwise the eggs will be cooked by the milk and clump together)
- Heat the stirred egg milk to a slight boil, let it cool down, then refrigerate it in the refrigerator to about 5 degrees Celsius. Pour the refrigerated whipping cream into the container (freeze the container in advance for better whipping) and beat until 60% creamy. mix with the frozen egg milk and stir until it is fully mixed.
Pour the mixed ingredients into the ice cream bowl through the feeding port! (Recommended freezing temperature is 5 degrees Celsius)
