How do I install the dashcam?

Clean the windshield area, attach the suction cup mount, press firmly, then insert the memory card and connect the power cable to the car charger. Route the cable along the windshield edge.

What memory card should I use?

Use a microSD card with capacity up to 128 GB and speed class 10 or UHS-I. Format the card in the camera before first use.

How does GPS work?

The built-in GPS receiver logs location, speed, and route data. It also synchronizes the time automatically. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the sky for best reception.

What is loop recording?

Loop recording splits footage into segments (1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest files are overwritten unless protected (by G-sensor or manual lock).

How do I enable parking mode?

Parking mode activates when the vehicle is off and motion or impact is detected. It requires a hardwire kit or constant power from the OBD port (not included). The camera switches to low-power standby.

Can I use the dashcam without a memory card?

No, a memory card is required for recording. The camera will not function without one.

Why are my recordings choppy?

Ensure you are using a high-speed memory card (Class 10 or higher). Also, try formatting the card in the camera. If the issue persists, reduce recording resolution.

How do I lock a video file?

Press the lock button during recording or after an event. Locked files are saved in a protected folder and will not be overwritten.

What does the G-sensor do?

The G-sensor detects sudden acceleration, braking, or impact. It automatically locks the current video segment to prevent overwriting. Sensitivity can be adjusted in settings.

How do I reset the camera?

Press and hold the reset button (small pinhole) with a paper clip for 5 seconds. Alternatively, disconnect the power and remove the battery (if accessible) for 30 seconds.

3. INSTALLATION/FIRST POWER ON

Ⓐ Insert the microSD card into the camera.

• Use branded cards from renowned U3 class manufacturers with a capacity of up to 256 GB.

  Only remove the card when the camera is turned off.
  When using the card for the first time, format it directly in the camera and repeat the format at least once a month to ensure the proper functioning of the camera.
  If you need to remove the memory card, gently push it with your finger towards the camera to release it from the slot and make it easier to remove.

Warning: Never remove the memory card from the camera by force. There is a risk of damage to the action camera and the memory card.

(B) Plug the adapter into the car cigarette lighter and use the USB cable to connect it to the camera holder. The camera is designed to operate only when connected to power.

Instead of a battery, the camera contains a supercapacitor, which enables power supply and has a longer lifespan than a classic battery.
© When connected to power, the camera will automatically turn on and start recording.
In some vehicles, it is first necessary to turn the key in the ignition.
(D) Before gluing the mount to the glass, perform basic camera settings.

4. PLACEMENT ON WINDSCREEN

(A) The ideal place to attach the dashcam is the space between the windscreen and the rearview mirror so as not to obstruct the driver's view.

Make sure that the cable does not interfere with the active security elements in the car (airbag).
⑧ The mounting surface should be clean and dry.
The ideal temperature for adhesion is 20^irc C – 40^irc C.
© Remove the protective film from the 3M adhesive pad on the camera mount.
(D) Before adhering to the glass, turn on the camera and make sure it provides the right viewpoint.
E Press the 3M pad firmly onto the glass and hold.
Use electrostatic stickers for easier mount removal if desired.

5. BASIC FUNCTIONS

Automatic on/off

• Insert the adapter into the cigarette lighter socket.

  After starting the car engine, the camera will automatically turn on and start recording. In some car models, the camera can turn on and start recording after the key is inserted into the ignition and turned to the on position.

• When the engine is turned off, the video recording will automatically end and the camera will turn off.

6. WIFI APPLICATION

Ⓐ Scan the QR code or go to the URL lamax-electronics.com/n10/app
⑧ Install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
© Turn on WiFi in the camera in the settings menu - the name of the dashcam and the WiFi password will appear on the display (default is 12345678).
(D) On your phone / tablet, connect to the WiFi network with the name of the camera, launch the app and connect to the camera.

1. SETTINGS OVERVIEW

Resolution	Set the video resolution. Higher resolution = more detail and larger file.
Loop recording	Set the length of individual loops. Longer loop = bigger file.
Display the image of the rear camera	Default setting = offWhen switched on, the rear camera image will be displayed on the dashcam display.
Time-lapse recording	Set the length of the time-lapse recording.
Microphone	Turn the microphone on/off.
Frequency	The frequency is set according to the country of use.
Gallery	Playback of recordings.
Screen saver	Screen saver settings.
G-sensor	Setting the sensitivity of the G-sensor.
Wi-Fi	Turn Wi-Fi on/off.
Watermark	Turn on/off the watermark in the video.
Format	Format the data on the memory card. Attention, including protected files!
GPS	Set the GPS data.
System Settings	Button sound, volume, language, time zone, date and time, license plate, factory settings are set.
About the camera	Camera information including FW version and Wi-Fi information will be displayed.

9. FIRMWARE UPDATE

UPDATE PROCEDURE

1) Remove the microSD card from the dash cam, insert it into the SD card reader and insert it into your computer, which you format in PC / Mac.
2) Download and open the .zip file where you will find the .bin file. Do not change

the file names.

3) Copy the files to the formatted microSD card.
4) Remove the reader from the computer and remove the microSD card from it. Put this in the off camera.
5) Press and hold the M button and plug in the camera. The update should start automatically after booting. "System Update" will appear on the display.
6) Make sure the camera is powered on throughout the update.
7) Wait for the update to complete completely. This usually takes 1 to 3 minutes. When the update is complete, the camera will automatically turn on.
8) Then format the memory card on the computer.
9) You can view the current firmware version in the settings in the „About camera" menu.

POSTUPAK AŽURIRANJA

1) Izvadite microSD karticu iz nadzorne kamere, umetnite je u čitač SD kartica i umet-

nite u svoje računalo koje formatirate na PC/Mac.

2) Preuzmite i otvorite .zip datoteku u kojoj ćete pronači .bin datoteku. Nemojte mijenjati nazive datoteka.
3) Kopirajte datoteke na formatiranu microSD karticu.
4) Uklonite čitač iz računala i izvadite iz njega microSD karticu. Stavi ovo u kameru.
5) Pritisnite i držite tipku M i uključite kameru. Ažuriranje bi trebalo početi automatski nakon dizanja. Na zaslonu će se pojaviti „Ažuriranje sustava“.
6) Provjerite je li kamera uključena tijekom ažuriranja.
7) Pričekajte da se ažuriranje potpuno završi. To obično traje 1 do 3 minute. Kada se ažuriranje završi, kamera će se automatski uključiti.
8) Zatim formatirajte memorijsku karticu na računalu.
9) Možete vidjeti trenutnu verziju firmvera u postavkama u izborniku „O kameri“.
