1. Read thoroughly this entire manual before the first use of the unit.
2. Connect the power supply cord to the socket with the parameters stated in the manual.
3. Do not immerse the cord or the appliance in water.
4. Do not use in open air.
5. Do not put the appliance close to sources of heat.
6. Do not leave children unattended near the appliance.
7. This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical and mental capacity and persons with no experience and knowledge of the equipment if the supervision or instruction is provided for use of the equipment in a safe way, so that the related hazards are understandable. Children should not play with the appliance. Children without supervision should not clean and maintain the appliance.

SPEED SETTINGS

Using the controller (1), adjust the speed of the appliance. By adjusting the regulator, it is possible to obtain five different speeds. The appliance starts working after pressing and holding the switch (2). The TURBO button (3) is used to immediately obtain the maximum rotational speed corresponding to the position "5" of the controller (1).

The crusher works as long as the on / off switch (2 or 3) is pressed.

USE

Before first use all components outside the body must be thoroughly washed and dried (see:

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).

• put the tip (6) on the body (4) and lock it - make sure the tip is properly seated,
• immerse the blade in the mixed (crushed) liquid completely,
• select the appropriate speed using the controller (1) and press the button (2 or 3),
• crush the ingredients in circular movements until the desired consistency is obtained.
• press the lock buttons (5) and detach the tip (6) from the body (4) after the work is finished.

When mixing (grinding) hot liquids, be careful not to overheat the tip (6).

The crusher cutter (6) is very sharp. It can be touched only when the appliance is disconnected from the mains and stopped.

WHISK

Whisk (5) serves only to whisk cream and egg whites. Using a whisk for other products will damage the appliance.

• put the adapter (7) on the body (4) and lock it - make sure it is properly seated and then install the whisk in the adapter,
• place the ingredients in a container (12) or another deep dish,
• select the appropriate speed with the regulator (1) and press the button (2 or 3) - to avoid splashing, start at low speed,
• whip to obtain the desired consistency.
• press the lock buttons (5) and detach the adapter from the body after the work is finished.

SETI

It is intended for crushing ingredients such as: nuts, meat, onion, cheese, eggs, garlic, herbs, etc. Do not crush ice, frozen products, bones or other hard products.

The cutter (10) is very sharp. It can be touched only when the appliance is disconnected from the mains and stopped.

• cut the products into smaller pieces
• insert the cutter (10) into the container (11) and place the pre-prepared ingredients in the container,
• place the lid (9) on the container (11),
• fix the body (4) in the lid (9) - make sure it is properly seated,
• select the appropriate speed using the controller (1) and press the button (2 or 3),
• crush the ingredients to obtain the desired consistency.

If the ingredients stick to the container wall, scrape them with a spatula. Do not scrape the ingredients with hands.

• before taking out the products, wait until the cutter stops, then press the lock buttons (5) and disconnect the body from the lid,
• remove the lid (9), carefully remove the cutter (10) by grabbing its upper part and then pull out the products.

SET II

It is intended for grinding meat, cheeses, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, etc., as well as for preparing light cakes based on up to 250g of flour (e.g. pancakes).

Do not crush ice, frozen products, bones and other hard products (e.g. nutmeg).

The cutter (16) is very sharp. It can be touched only when the appliance is disconnected from the mains and stopped.

• remove hard pieces of products (bones, cartilage, tendons from meat, nuts, stems, etc.) and cut into smaller pieces,
• insert the cutter (16) into the container (15) and place the pre-prepared ingredients in the container,
• place the lid (14) on the container (15) according to the markings and lock it by turning it to the left,
• fix the body (4) in the lid (15) - make sure it is properly seated,
• select the appropriate speed using the controller (1) and press the button (2 or 3). Use high revolutions to grind hard ingredients,

• crush the ingredients to obtain the desired consistency,

• before taking out the products, wait until the cutter stops, then press the lock buttons (5) and disconnect the body (4) from the lid (14),

• unlock the lid (14) by turning it to the left and remove,
• remove the cutter (16) by grabbing its upper part and then pull out the products.

■ DISC WITH REPLACABLE FACES

Using a disc with replaceable faces, it is possible to cut and slice, e.g. cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, apples, carrots, radishes, raw potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, potatoes, etc.

• peel and cut the products into pieces sized to the opening in the lid (14),
• install one of the replaceable faces (18, 19, 20, 21) in the disk (17),
• place the disc (17) with the mounted face in the container (15),
• place the lid (14) on the container (15) according to the markings and lock it by turning it to the left,
• fix the body (4) in the lid (15) - make sure it is properly seated,
• select the appropriate speed using the controller (1) and press the button (2 or 3). Use high revolutions to grind hard ingredients,
• place the prepared products in batches in the dispensing tunnel located in the lid (14) and use the pusher (13) to slide it downward into the rotating disc,
• in the case of thin products (e.g. carrots), the tunnel hole can be reduced by pulling its middle part from the pusher (13).

Never put your fingers or any objects into the dispensing tunnel.

Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher, as this may damage the appliance.

• before taking out the products, wait until the disc stops, then press the lock buttons (5) and disconnect the body (4) from the lid (14),
• unlock the lid (14) by turning it to the left and remove,
• remove the disc (17) by grabbing its upper part and then pull out the products.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the unit from the mains before cleaning.

No components are suitable for washing in dishwashers.

Do not immerse in water.

Do not clean the appliance with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as you can damage the appliance this way.

• the crusher (6) and the whisk adapter (7) and the lid (9, 14) must not be completely immersed in water. Complete immersion of the elements (6, 7, 9, 14) in water may damage them and void the warranty.
• the crusher (6) and the whisk (8) with the adapter (7) should be detached from the body (4) for cleaning. Clean them with water and some washing-up liquid. Only the cutter tip and the whisk tip can be immersed,
• the body (4) can be wiped with a damp cloth,
• other components can be washed in warm water with some washing-up liquid and rinsed under running water,
• containers (11, 12, 15) are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher and for storing products in the refrigerator.

Cutters (10, 16), crusher cutter (6) and replaceable disc faces (18, 19, 20, 21) must not be cleaned with bare hands. Use a small brush for cleaning.
