Congratulations! You have purchased one of our high-quality products. Before initial setup, please familiarise yourself with the product. Please also read the safety instructions carefully. This product must be set up only by people who have been trained to do so.

The pneumatic tyre inflator is designed for inflating bicycle tyres, balls, airbeds, rubber dinghies, etc. The pneumatic air blow gun is designed for cleaning objects and hard-to-reach areas with compressed air. Use the products only as described and only for the specific applications as stated. Keep these instructions in a safe place. Ensure you hand over all documentation when passing the product on to anyone else. Any use that differs to the intended use as stated above is prohibited and potentially dangerous. Damage or injury caused by misuse or disregarding the above warning is not covered by the warranty or any liability on the part of the manufacturer.

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. THESE FORM PART OF THE PRODUCT AND MUST BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES!
WARNING! When pneumatic tools are used, basic safety precautions must be taken in order to avoid the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury. Before first using the product, please ensure you read and follow these operating instructions in full and keep them in a safe place. The manufacturer accepts no liability for losses, damage or personal injury caused by a failure to follow these operating instructions.
WARNING! The dangers stated are foreseeable when using handheld pneumatic equipment for general-purpose work. However, users must themselves consider the risks that can occur when using the equipment for a specific application.
WARNING! DANGER OF INJURY!
Switch off the compressed air supply before changing tools and settings or performing maintenance.
WARNING! EXPLOSION HAZARD!
■ Never use petrol or other flammable liquids to clean the pneumatic device! Residual fumes in the pneumatic device could be ignited by sparks and cause the pneumatic device to explode.

Safety instructions for pneumatic tools
Do not work with the device in explosion hazard areas where combustible liquids, gases or dusts are present. Never work on materials which are or could potentially be highly flammable or explosive.
■ For multiple hazards, please ensure you have read and understood the safety instructions before installing, operating, repairing, maintaining or replacing accessory parts, and before working in the vicinity of the pneumatic tyre inflator with pressure gauge. Failure to do so can result in serious bodily injury.
■ Only qualified and trained operators should set up, adjust or use the device.
■ Do not modify the device. Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of safety precautions and increase the level of risk for the operator.
- Do not discard the safety instructions – give them to the person operating the device.
■ The device must be regularly maintained, so as to verify that
the required introduction/safety instructions for pneumatic tools, rated values and markings such as rated speed or nominal air pressure are affixed legibly to the device. The user must contact the manufacturer to request replacement labels or markings if this is required.
■ Always use the device for the specific applications for which it has been designed!
■ Do not overload the device.
Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide or any other bottled gas as the source of energy for this tool, since this may cause an explosion and lead to serious injury.
DANGER! Keep hands and other parts of the body away from rotating parts to avoid risk of injury.
Operation
- Setup and use
NOTE: Always operate the product with compressed air that is clean, oil-free and moisture-free. Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 8 bar at the device.
NOTE: To be able to control the air pressure, the compressed air supply must be equipped with a pressure regulator.
☐ Connect the product to a suitable compressed air source by plugging the quick-connect plug on the supply hose to the barbed fitting 4 on the product. The plug locks into place automatically.
• Using the tyre inflator with pressure gauge
- Plug the valve connector 5 into the valve
- Press the trigger lever 6 to start supplying compressed air.
- Release the trigger lever 6 to stop supplying compressed air. Use the pressure gauge 1 to check the pressure.
- If the pressure is too high (too much air) in the object you are filling: Press the vent valve 3 to release some air.
- Press the lever on the valve connector 5 down and unplug the valve connector 5 from the valve.
- Disconnect the device from the compressor after completing work.
• Using the accessories
☐ Press the lever on the valve connector and plug in accessory parts 10 to 13 or the attachment 9 into the valve connector 5.
• Using the air blow gun
- Screw an extension nozzle 8 onto the pneumatic air blow gun 7.
- Press the trigger lever 6 to start supplying compressed air.
- Release the trigger lever 6 to stop supplying compressed air.
- Disconnect the device from the compressor after completing work.
NOTE: Detach the hose from the compressor first, before you remove the supply hose from the device. This will prevent a situation where the supply hose whips around uncontrollably.
- Maintenance
WARNING! DANGER OF INJURY!
Always disconnect the device from the compressed air supply before cleaning it.
The device does not require special maintenance.
- Care and cleaning
- Do not use sharp objects to clean the device. Do not allow liquids to get inside the device – this can cause damage to the device.
- Clean the device regularly. The best time to do so is straight after completing work.
■ Clean the device housing with a dry cloth.

We give you a warranty on this device of 3 years from the date of purchase. In the event of product defects, you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way by our warranty conditions, which are described below.
- Warranty conditions
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please retain the original sales receipt. This document is required as your proof of purchase.
Should this product show any defect in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our discretion – free of charge. To claim against this warranty, you must present the defective device and your purchase receipt within the 3-year period, and include a brief written description of the nature of the defect and the date it occurred.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair and return your product or send you a replacement. The original warranty period is not extended when a device is repair or replaced.
- Extent of warranty
This device has been manufactured according to strict quality guidelines and carefully inspected before delivery.
The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover product parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and can therefore be regarded as consumables, nor does it cover damage to fragile parts
such as switches, rechargeable batteries or parts made from glass.
This warranty is voided if the product becomes damaged or is improperly used or maintained. For proper use of the product, all of the instructions given in the operating instructions must be followed precisely. If the operating instructions advise you or warn you against certain uses or actions, these must be avoided in all circumstances.
The product is for consumer use only and is not intended for commercial or trade use. The warranty becomes void in the event of misuse and improper use, use of force, and any work on the device that has not been carried out by our authorised service branch.
- Processing of warranty claims
To ensure prompt processing of your claim, please follow the instructions given below. Please retain your proof of purchase and quote the product number (e.g. the EAN code) in all correspondence. The product number can be found on the type plate, an engraving, the cover page of your instructions (bottom left), or the sticker on the back or underside of the device. In the event of malfunctions or other defects, please first contact our service department below by phone or email. If your product is found to be defective, you can then send your product with proof of purchase (till receipt) and a statement describing what the fault involves and when it occurred free of charge to the service address given.
