ICE-CREAM PREPARATION

Note: Prior to use, please ensure that all parts that will come into contact with the ice cream are thoroughly cleaned, including the cooling bowl, loading bowl, mixing blade, transparent lid, and so forth. Before cleaning, please ensure that the power cord plug is disconnected from the outlet. When making ice cream, please ensure that the machine is placed on a flat, level surface to ensure optimal compressor performance.

Step 1

The prepared recipe ingredients should be poured into the loading bowl and mixed thoroughly to ensure a uniform consistency.

OPERATION

Please connect the power supply and plug the power cord into a suitable socket. The socket must be the same shape and voltage as indicated.

Touch control functions

Single mixing mode

Upon reaching the set time or hardness value, a 10-beep sound will indicate that the mixing process is complete.

Single refrigeration mode

Select the single refrigeration mode, set the desired working time, and then press the START button to activate the compressor and cooling fan, thereby achieving the refrigeration function. Upon completion, a 10-beep sound will indicate that the refrigeration process is finished.

Ice cream mode

To enter the ice cream mode, simply select this option, set the desired working time, and press the START button. The compressor, mixing motor and cooling fan will commence operation to facilitate the production of ice cream. Once the allotted time or hardness has been reached, a series of 10 short beeps will indicate that the ice cream is ready for consumption. In the event of no operation, the insulation function will automatically engage (displaying COOL), and 10 short beeps will sound once the insulation is complete.

Yogurt mode

Please select the Yogurt mode and set the desired working time, which must be between four and 24 hours. To begin the yogurt-making process, please press the START button. Once the allotted time has elapsed, a series of ten beeps will indicate that the process is complete. Once the aforementioned steps have been completed, the device will automatically enter single refrigeration and insulation mode (displaying COOL). In the absence of further instructions, the unit will remain in the insulation state (and will not automatically shut down).

Keep cool function

The ice cream maker features an ice cream keep cool function. To prevent any inconvenience, we kindly request that you do not leave the ice cream production process or consume the ice cream immediately after production. Leaving the ice cream in a warm environment for an extended period can cause it to melt. We have incorporated a new feature into the machine's design: when the ice cream is produced but no one is operating it, the machine will activate the cooling function at regular intervals to maintain the fresh taste and texture of the ice cream. The insulation time is one hour, and a series of ten short beeps will indicate when the process is complete. The machine will then automatically power down.

Motor self-protection function

The motor is equipped with an overcurrent protection function. Should the ice cream reach the pre-set hardness level, the process will automatically cease.

Compressor self-protection function

Once the machine has been switched from ice cream mode or single refrigeration mode to shutdown mode, a three-minute protection period will commence upon returning to ice cream mode or single refrigeration mode. However, if the power cord is unplugged and plugged back in, the machine will restart by default. In this instance, selecting ice cream mode or single refrigeration mode will not result in a delay.

Controlling the volume of ingredients

To avoid overflow and waste, make sure that the ingredients do not exceed 60% of the capacity of the removable bowl (ice cream expands during moulding).

RECIPES

Basic ice cream

Prepare according to the following formula. Once the mixture is evenly mixed, it can be made into ice cream within 60 minutes.

Ingredients

200 g of cream

120 g powdered milk

180 g of water

Basic yoghurt

Prepare according to the following formula. Once the ingredients have been evenly mixed, the yoghurt can be made within 6 hours.

Ingredients

600 ml fresh or pure milk

50 ml chilled plain yoghurt

Note: The time it takes to make yoghurt depends on the temperature and the amount of chilled plain yoghurt. The more "chilled pure yoghurt", the shorter the finished product time and vice versa. Fermentation temperature range: 37-45 °C, the temperature is too low and the finished product time is long, on the contrary, the finished product time is short.

Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

226 g whole milk

106 g granulated sugar

167 g heavy cream, well chilled

1–2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, to taste

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer or electric whisk, whisk together the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved, about 1–2 minutes on low speed. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla to taste. Switch on the machine, pour the mixture through the ingredient spout into the freezer bowl and freeze until thickened, about 50–60 minutes.

Chocolate base ice cream

Ingredients

160 g whole milk

76 g granulated sugar

160 g semi- sweet chocolate (your favourite), broken into 1.2 cm pieces

160 g heavy cream, well chilled

0.6 tsp pure vanilla extract

Heat the whole milk until just bubbling (this can be done on the stove or in the microwave). In a blender or food processor with the metal blade, pulse the sugar with the chocolate until the chocolate is very finely chopped. Add the hot milk and process until well blended and smooth. Pour into a medium bowl and allow the chocolate mixture to cool completely. Stir in the cream and vanilla to taste. It is best to chill the mixture in the fridge for about 15 minutes before using.

Switch on the machine, pour the mixture into the removable bowl through the ingredient spout and mix until thick, about 30–40 minutes.

Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

167 g fresh ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced

35 g freshly squeezed lemon juice

76 g granulated sugar

160 g whole milk

160 g heavy cream

0.6 tsp pure vanilla extract

In a small bowl, toss the strawberries with the lemon juice and 76g granulated sugar, stir gently and leave to soak in the juice for 2 hours.

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer or whisk, whisk together the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Stir in the heavy cream and any accumulated strawberry and vanilla juices. Turn on the machine, pour the mixture into the removable bowl through the ingredient spout and allow to thicken for about 30–40 minutes. Add the sliced strawberries during the last 5 minutes of freezing.

Fresh Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients

235 g granulated sugar

280 g pure water

80 g freshly squeezed lemon juice

0.5 tbsp finely grated lemon zest

Place the granulated sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer without stirring until the sugar dissolves, about 3-5 minutes. Allow to cool completely. This is called simple syrup and can be made in large quantities to have on hand for making fresh lemon sorbet. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

When cool, add the lemon juice and zest and stir to combine. Switch on the machine, pour the lemon mixture through the ingredient spout into the freezer bowl and blend until thickened, about 50–60 minutes.

Chocolate frozen yoghurt

Ingredients

160 g whole milk

180 g dark or semi- sweet chocolate, chopped

268 g low fat vanilla yoghurt

33 g granulated sugar

Place the milk and chocolate in a blender or food processor with the metal blade and blend for 15 seconds until well blended and smooth. Add the yoghurt and sugar and process until smooth, about 15 seconds. Turn on the machine, pour the mixture through the ingredient spout into the removable bowl and mix until thickened, about 50–60 minutes.
