SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. The appliance shall not be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains. The appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking. Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is energized or cooling down. Steam must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical components, such as the interior of ovens. Appliance must be unplugged after use and before carrying out user maintenance on the appliance. Plug must be removed from socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.

This device is designed for use at a maximum altitude up to 2000m above sea level.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label. The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use. Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it. Do not use, connect, or disconnect the device to the mains with your hands or feet wet. Proceed according to the conservation and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning. Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an authorised technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand's Official Technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void. Only an authorised technical support service centre may carry out repairs on this product. This appliance is designed exclusively for domestic use, in no case should be a commercial or industrial use. In case of misuse or tampering with the product, it will be out of warranty. WARNING! Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid danger, keep plastic bags away from babies and children. Do not allow children to play with packaging materials. Suffocation hazard!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

First time using

  • Before using for the first time, please confirm the product and accessories are intact.
  • When used for the first time, the steam cleaner needs a short start-up time. The initial steam is not regular and wet, and maybe even a few drops of water may come. The amount of steam ejected increases in time reaches to maximum level in 15s.

Assembling The Steam Cleaner

Accessories can be installed directly onto the end of the general nozzle, onto the flexible hose or on the extension tubes. The flexible hose provides an extended reach, ideal for awkward corners and hard-to-clean areas.

Attaching the straight nozzle 1

STEP 1: Holding the steam cleaner steady, push the straight nozzle firmly onto the steam cleaner and then twist it in a clockwise direction to secure it into position.

STEP 2: To remove the straight nozzle, twist it in an anticlockwise direction and pull it away from the steam cleaner.

Attaching the flexible hose

STEP 1: Holding the steam cleaner steady, push the flexible hose onto the steam cleaner and then twit it in a clockwise direction to secure it into position.

STEP 2: To remove the flexible hose, twist it in an anticlockwise direction and pull it away from the steam cleaner.

Attaching the round brush or angled nozzle 1

STEP 1: once the flexible hose or straight nozzle is secure, push the round brush or angled nozzle into place over the end of the chosen attachment or add directly to the steam cleaner nozzle. STEP 2: To remove the round brush or angled nozzle, pull it away from the nozzle firmly. (Fig. 2c)

Notice:

Before any disassembly or maintenance, make sure the device is turned off and the power is unplugged.

When disassembling the parts, hot water may drip out. Please allow the product cool down first before proceeding.

As soon as steam starts to be released, no disassembly operation can be performed.

Filling water

  • Place the product on a flat, firm surface.
  • Open the cap
  • Fill water with measuring cup
  • Close the cap

Notice:

Please do not add fragrances, oils or other chemicals to the water tank of the steam cleaner, which may cause damage or hazards. We strongly recommend that you only fill pure water.

When filling water, pay attention to the mark (maximum) and fill up to 550 ml of water.

When the steam cleaner is powered on, do not add water.

Working

  • Plug the power plug into the socket, press the power switch to start heating, and its light will light up.
  • When heating, the red light will turn on. The lamp will turn off when the heating is completed. After pressing the steam trigger for about 15s, the steam will come out.
  • When you stop using the steam cleaner, release the steam trigger (the steam will gradually decrease and after about 10 seconds the steam will stop releasing) and press the power switch to turn the product off.

Notice:

If the steam volume is reduced or stopped during use, there may be water shortage in the tank. Please cut off the power supply, re-fill the water tank, and then start the cleaning work again. When the water in the tank is depleted, the heating element will stop working.

It is recommended not to leave any unused water in the water tank to avoid the growth of mold or lime scale.

We strongly recommend using only distilled water to avoid lime scale clogging the unit or accessories.

Please do not add fragrances, oils or other chemicals to the water tank of the steam cleaner, which may cause damage or hazards.

USE OF ATTACHMENT

Notice:

  • Before using a steam cleaner on any surface or textile, we recommend that you test it in a separate area to ensure that the high temperature steam will not cause damage or hazards to the material.
  • Do not release steam against the bonded edge of the laminate, as the edge may loosen.
  • Do not use this product to clean unsealed wood or parquet floors.
  • Do not use this product to clean painted or plastic-coated surfaces to avoid damage or hazards.
  • To clean these surfaces, it is recommended to steam the fiber cover and then wipe the surface with it.
  • Steam will damage the sealing point of the window frame. At low temperatures, steam will cause tension on the surface of the window glass, which will cause the glass to break.
  • Do not release steam at the seal on the window frame.
  • Round brushes may scratch sensitive surfaces, and they are not suitable for cleaning sensitive surfaces.

Do not use machine for the following areas:

  1. To clean stubborn stains, blow corners and crevices, etc.
  2. To wipe damp dust: briefly steam dry cleaning cloth, then wipe furniture.
  3. To remove slight wrinkles from hanging clothes: steam and dry clothes at a distance of 10-20cm.

Use machine for the following areas:

  1. Suitable for cleaning stubborn stains. Difficult to clean stains, such as oil on the stove top can easily be removed by using a brush.
  2. Suitable for cleaning textiles, such as clothes, sofas, etc.. Usually it needs to be used together with a clean towel set.
  3. Can be used to clean small areas that can be rinsed, such as shower rooms and mirrors.
  4. For cleaning hard-to-reach nooks, crannies and high places.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Notice:

  • Before cleaning, make sure the product is turned off and unplugged from the power supply. Also, make sure the product and accessories have cooled down.
  • Store the product in a dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
  • Please ensure that equipment and accessories are completely dry before storage.
  • When the product is cooled, the hot steam will turn into water vapor. Some water vapor will accumulate on the extended steam hose and turn into water droplets, which is a normal phenomenon, so be sure to let it dry completely.
  • Clean towel covers as consumables. In order not to affect the cleaning effect, please replace the new cleaning towel cover when appropriate.

  • After using the product, please empty the remaining water in the tank.

  • Do not use hard or sharp objects to clean products or other parts to avoid damage.

  • Clean the cloth thoroughly with a mild cleaning agent. Allow it to air dry thoroughly before further use or storage.

  • Clean the machine body, nozzle and all other accessories with a soft, damp cloth. Then dry the product with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Keep products and accessories in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children or animals.
  • If the product is not used for a long time, you can disassemble the product according to the disassembly procedure.
