The Ground Truth image displays a single, solid horizontal line. According to Rule 2 (UNDERSCORE & LINE RULES), this is a stylistic or background line, not a placeholder underscore. Therefore, the OCR result must ignore it and output nothing or only meaningful text. The provided OCR content is "____", which consists of four underscores. This is an incorrect interpretation of the line as a placeholder, violating the rule that stylistic lines must be ignored. The OCR has hallucinated placeholder underscores where none exist in the GT. Hence, the OCR result is inconsistent with the Ground Truth.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Do not ever direct the outlet of the tool towards people – the coating materials or compressed air may cause injuries. Injection of the lubricant may cause necrosis or even lead to amputation of a limb. In case of injection of a lubricant, consult a doctor immediately.
Before you proceed to installation, operation, repairs, maintenance actions or replacement of accessories, as well as in case of work in the vicinity of a pneumatic tool, it is required to get acquainted with the operating manual, due to numerous hazards involved. Otherwise there is a risk of serious injuries. Installation, adjustments and assembly of pneumatic tools may be carried out exclusively by qualified and trained personnel. Do not modify the pneumatic tool. Modifications may impair the efficiency and compromise the safety level, as well as increase the possible risks to the operator of the tool. Do not dispose of the operating manual, but hand it to the operator of the tool. Do not use the pneumatic tool, if it is damaged.
Operators and service personnel must be given proper training regarding operation and maintenance of the device.
It is prohibited to apply any other gas than compressed air.
Using other gases may be a cause of serious injuries, fires or explosions.
While connecting the tool to a compressed air system, it is required to consider the space which is required for the hose, in order to avoid damage to the hose or to the connectors.
The working area must be equipped with an efficient ventilation system. Absence of efficient ventilation system may imply a risk to health or cause fi res or explosions.
The tool has not been designed to be operated in explosive atmospheres.
The tool must be operated far from sources of heat and fire, since these might damage the device or reduce its efficiency.
Observe general safety regulations during work with sprayed materials, and wear appropriate individual protection means, such as goggles, masks and gloves.
During work and maintenance tasks there is a risk of ingestion of particles of sprayed materials or substances used for maintenance due to the following causes:
- insufficient natural or forced ventilation,
- incorrect atomizing pressure,
- insufficient optimisation of parameters of atomization in order to reduce contamination,
- incorrect distance between the nozzle of the tool and the area of application of the sprayed material; the distance must be adequately adjusted in accordance with the kind of sprayed substance,
- ingestion of solvent vapours or other harmful substances
- incorrect application, for example use of incorrect sprayed substances.
Do not ever leave an assembled pneumatic system unattended by a person authorised to operate it. Do not allow children near an assembled pneumatic system.
Compressed air under high pressure may cause the tool to recoil in an opposite direction to the direction of ejection of the sprayed
EN
material. Take special precautions, since the recoil may – under certain circumstances – cause multiple injuries.
It is recommended to test the tool, before proceeding to operate it. It is recommended to properly train persons meant to operate the tool. This will signifi cantly improve the level of safety.
Observe recommendations specified by the manufacturer of the sprayed materials and use them in accordance with the specified personal protection, fire protection and environmental protection regulations. In case the recommendations of the manufacturer of the sprayed materials are not observed, there is a risk of serious injuries.
In order to ascertain the compatibility with the applied sprayed materials, a list of materials applied in the design of the tool shall be available, if requested.
During work with compressed air energy accumulates in the whole system. Be careful during work and breaks, so as to avoid dangers caused by the energy accumulated from compressed air.
Since there is a possibility of accumulation of electrostatic charges, it is necessary to realise measurements in order to determine whether it is required to ground the tool or to use surfaces and / or compressed air systems dissipating electric charges. Measurements and assembly of such systems must be carried out by properly qualified personnel.
Do not ever direct a stream of lubricant towards a source of heat or fire, since this might lead to a fire.
OPERATION
81617, 81618
Commencement of work
Tighten the nozzle using an open-ended spanner.
Check the connections of the compressed air system for tightness.
Blow the air supply hose before it is connected to the installation.
Before the spray gun is operated, make sure it has been cleaned and maintained properly.
Make sure the coating material tank has been connected in a manner which guarantees the required tightness.
Filling the coating material dispensers
Attention! Before you proceed to fill the coating material dispenser, it is required do disconnect the tool from the pneumatic system. Attention! Before you use a given coating material, make sure it may be used with pneumatic guns.
Attention! Before you proceed to fill the coating material dispenser, it is required to clean the dispenser and the tool thoroughly from any residues of the previously used materials. Different coating materials may react with each other, implying risks for health and causing damage to the tool.
Attention! It is prohibited to use other substances than liquid sprayed materials. Particularly it is prohibited to use substances of a high density, materials containing abrasives such as red lead oxide, coarse materials, as well as caustic and base materials.
Open the lid of the dispenser, fill it with the coating material and then close the lid again. Do not fill the dispenser up to the edge, but leave approximately 1 cm of free space from the upper edge of the dispenser. In case of guns with an upper dispenser, before filling the dispenser must be installed on the gun tightly.
In case of guns with an upper dispenser, the dispenser is equipped with a purging air valve. In case the coating material is not fed to the gun in a uniform manner, the valve must be opened. While the valve is open, the gun must not be inclined excessively, so as to avoid leakage of the coating material through the valve.
Adjustment of the spray jet
The width and shape of the spray jet may be modified turning the air nozzle. The shape of the jet may be flexibly adjusted from flat to round, depending on specific requirements. The coating material quantity adjustment knob may be used to determine the quantity of the coating material which is supplied to the air jet. The spray adjustment knob serves to regulate the intensity of the mixture of air and the coating material. It is recommended to adjust the mixture jet so as to obtain possibly minute particles of the coating material, which will guarantee a better spread of the coating material on the surface.
Work with the spray gun
Operating the spray gun, maintain a distance between the spray gun nozzle mouth and the coated surface within the range of 10 to 15 cm. Try to lead the spray gun nozzle mouth perpendicularly to the coated surface. Avoid curved movements, since they will cause uneven spreading of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers rather than a single thick coating.
Air flow adjustment
Depending on the type of the coating material, adjust the proper quantity of the compressed air turning the air pressure adjustment knob.
Replacement of the nozzle
Make sure the whole nozzle assembly is replaced. The nozzle assembly consists of a coating material nozzle, a nozzle needle and an air nozzle.
EN
Nozzle needle sealing
During work, check the nozzle needle sealing for tightness. If the sealing is significantly worn-out, it must be replaced during a periodical inspection of the spray gun, using an open-ended spanned to disassembly the sealing unit.
Cleaning and maintenance
Once the work has concluded, disconnect the spray gun from the compressed air system and remove the coating material remaining in the tank. Clean the tank thoroughly of the coating material residues.
Clean thoroughly the whole route of the coating material. Careless cleaning will impair the parameters of the coating material jet.
The air nozzle should be cleaned with a brush soaked in a solvent. Never should the spray gun be completely immersed in the solvent.
Never should clogged openings be cleaned with hard objects, since even slight internal damage may affect adversely the spray jet parameters.
Once the spray gun has been cleaned, the movable elements of the sealing must be coated with a small quantity of a lubricant.
The coating material nozzle should be tightened so as to avoid leakage, and guarantee a fluid movement of the nozzle needle.
81643

Commencement of work
Use an open-ended spanner to tighten the hose to the pump gun outlet in a safe and secure manner.
Check the tightness of the compressed air supply system connections.
Blow the air supply hose before it is connected to the installation.
Before the spray gun is operated, make sure it has been cleaned and maintained properly.
During operation and storage of the pump gun, the manometer must be protected from shock. However, if the manometer is subject to shock anyway, it must be calibrated before operation may commence.
Pumping
Install the hose adapter on the valve of the object being pumped in a manner which guarantees the tightness of the system.
Press the trigger of the gun and start pumping.
Control the pressure value on the pump gun manometer. While the trigger is depressed, the pressure of the compressed air pumped into the object being pumped is not indicated. The pressure value may be read solely once the trigger has been released. This is why the pressure value in the object being pumped must be checked frequently. Observe the manufacturer's recommendations regarding the maximum pressure values up to which the given object may be pumped. Do not exceed the maximum pressure value.
The pump gun is equipped with a valve which permits to reduce the pressure in the pumped object. It is actuated with a button located at the side of the pump gun. In order to reduce the pressure press the valve button while the trigger is released and observe the pressure drop on the manometer. When the valve button is released the process of pressure reduction is interrupted.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The coating material outlet is blocked
In case the sprayed substance stops coming out of the gun outlet, the nozzle may be blocked. Empty the coating material dispenser. Then remove the ring fixing the nozzle to the gun, find the blocked area and clean it not using sharp metal tools which might damage the nozzle, the gun or other elements.
Spare parts
In order to obtain information regarding spare parts for pneumatic tools, contact the manufacturer or its agent.
After work clean the casing, ventilation slots, switches, handles and guards must be cleaned, e.g. with air stream (whose pressure must not exceed 0.3 MPa), brush or a dry cloth, without using chemicals and cleaning agents. The tool and its handles must be cleaned with a clean dry cloth.
