How to fold the Joie Honour stroller?

To fold the stroller, press the adjustment buttons on the support bar and lower it until it clicks into the low position. Then, fold the stroller using the folding strap. A storage latch will automatically engage to keep the stroller folded and locked.

What is the maximum weight supported by the stroller?

In forward-facing mode, the stroller supports up to 22 kg or up to 4 years (whichever comes first). In rear-facing mode, the maximum weight is 15 kg.

Can I use a car seat with this stroller?

Yes, the stroller is compatible with Joie baby/child restraint devices such as i-Gemm 3, i-Level Pro, i-Snug 2, Sprint, and i-Jemini, using adapters (included depending on model). Consult the specific car seat manual for installation.

How to clean the fabric parts of the stroller?

The removable soft parts can be machine washed in cold water, without bleach. Do not wring too hard to avoid wrinkles. The frame can be cleaned with mild household soap and warm water.

Is the carrycot included with the stroller?

The carrycot is not included as standard. It is sold separately or may be available depending on the region. The stroller is compatible with Joie Honour and Joie Calmi carrycots (requires adapters).

How to adjust the backrest recline?

The backrest has 4 recline positions. To adjust, press the adjustment button on the backrest, then tilt the seat forward or backward to the desired position.

From what age can my child use the stroller?

The stroller seat is suitable for children from 6 months. For newborns, a suitable carrycot (up to 9 kg) is necessary. The carrycot should no longer be used when the child can sit up unaided.

How to lock the front wheels for better stability?

To lock the swivel front wheels, turn the swivel locks to the left. To unlock them and allow rotation, turn them to the right. Use the locks on uneven surfaces.

Can the stroller be used for jogging?

No, the Joie Honour stroller is not suitable for jogging or rollerblading. It is designed for daily use on appropriate terrain.

What to do if a part is missing or damaged?

Contact your local retailer or the manufacturer via the joiebaby.com website. Use only spare parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer to ensure product safety.

While traveling with the Joie Honour™, you are using a high quality, fully certified stroller, approved to European safety standards EN 1888-2:2018+A1:2022. ! Check that the pram body or seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
! Adult assembly required.
! The stroller is intended for children up to 15kg with rearward facing mode and up to 22kg or 4 years whichever comes first with forward facing mode.
! This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.
! To prevent a hazardous, unstable condition, do not place more than 4.5kg in the storage basket.
! Never leave the child unattended.
! Use the stroller with only one child at a time. Never place purses, shopping bags, parcels or accessory items on the handle or canopy.
! Accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used.
! Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer shall be used.
! To avoid injury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
! This product is not suitable for running or skating.
! The parking device shall be engaged when placing and removing the children.
! For car seats used in conjunction with a chassis, this vehicle does not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, then it should be placed in a suitable pram body, cot or bed.

! Carry cot shall not be used, as soon as the child is able to sit by himself, roll over and can push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9kg.
! No additional mattress shall be added unless recommended by the manufacturer.
! Any load attached to the handle and/or on the back of the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.

Open Stroller

Separate storage latch from storage mount 🔍, and then lift the handle upwards 🔴, a click sound means the stroller is open completely.

Check that the stroller is completely latched before continuing to use.

Stroller Operation

Adjust Backrest

There are 4 recline angles for the backrest.

To raise or lower the backrest, squeeze the recline adjustment button, and pull the seat up or down.

Use Buckle

Release Buckle

Press the button, the buckle will release automatically.

Lock Buckle

Match the waist belt buckle with the shoulder buckle 12 - 1, and align them with the center buckle, the buckle can lock automatically. 12 - 2 A "click" sound means the buckle is locked completely. 13 - 3

To avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always secure your child with harness.

Make sure your child is snugly secured. The space between the child and the shoulder harness is about the thickness of one hand.

Do not cross the shoulder belts. This will cause pressure on a child's neck.

Use Shoulder & Waist Harnesses

In order to protect your child from falling out, after your child is placed into the seat, check whether the shoulder and waist harnesses are at proper height and length.

-1 Slide adjuster

The upper shoulder harness buckles can be moved up and down for added adjustment.

To avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always secure your child with the harness.

Make sure the harness is adjusted properly and your child is snugly secured. The space between the child and the shoulder harness should be about the thickness of one finger.

Press the button - 2, while pulling the waist harness to proper length. - 3

Adjust Calf Support

The calf support has 2 positions.

To raise the calf support, push it upwards. To lower the calf support, press the adjustment button in the middle of the calf support ⚙ - 1, and push down ⚙ - 2.

Use Front Swivel Lock

Rotate swivel lock left to orient. Rotate Swivel Lock right to release.

Tip It is recommended to use swivel lock on uneven surfaces.

Use Brake

To lock wheels, step the brake lever downwards.

To release wheels, just lift the brake lever upwards.

Tip Always set the parking brake when stroller is not moving.

Use Canopy

The canopy can be opened completely to protect your child from the sun uttermostly, just unzip the zip, and then pull the canopy toward front.

Fold Stroller

For a more compact fold, press the armbar adjustment buttons and rotate the armbar down until it clicks into place. Only use the down/stored position for folding. NEVER use this position with child in stroller

The folded stroller can stand when the handle is in the lowest position.

The storage latch will automatically hook onto the storage mount, then the stroller is folded and locked completely.

Use with Infant Child Restraint

The infant child restraint angle can be adjusted with our adjustable adaptors.

A "click" sound means the adapter is locked completely.

Please do not fold the stroller when the infant child restraint is still attached.

Use Honour Carry Cot

Please check that the mesh at the bottom of the carry cot is properly fixed before installing carry cot.

Use Rain Cover

To assemble the rain cover, place it over the seat.

! When using the rain cover, please always check its ventilation.

When not in use, please check that the rain cover has been cleaned and dried before folding.

! Do not fold the stroller after assembling the rain cover.

Do not place your child into the stroller assembled with rain cover during hot weather.

Use Footmuff

Cleaning and Maintenance

To clean stroller frame, use only household soap and warm water. No bleach or detergent. Please refer to the care label for instructions on cleaning the fabric parts of the stroller.

Removable soft goods can be washed by machine. No bleach. Do not twist the seat cover and inner padding to dry with great force. It may leave the seat cover and inner padding with wrinkles.

From time to time, check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, tom material or stitching. Replace or repair the parts as needed. Periodically wipe clean plastic parts with a soft damp cloth. Always dry the metal parts to prevent the formation of rust if the stroller has come into contact with water.

Excessive exposure to sun or heat could cause fading or warping of parts.

If stroller becomes wet, open canopy and allow to dry thoroughly before storing.

If wheels squeak, use a light oil (e.g., Silicon Spray, antirust oil, or sewing machine oil). It is important to get the oil into the axle and wheel assembly.

When using your stroller at the beach or other sandy/dusty environments, completely clean your stroller after use to remove sand and salt from mechanisms and wheel assemblies.
