• Using the device
Take all parts from the packaging and check whether the device or parts show any damage. If this is the case, do not use the device. Contact the manufacturer via the indicated service address. Remove all protective films and other transport packaging. Check that the delivery is complete.
• Install and secure
- Place the product on a level and non-flammable surface.
- Do not cover over the device.
- Do not operate the device in a dusty environment. This is a fire risk and the device could be damaged.
The device should be positioned on a flat, even surface. Make sure that there is at least 5 cm free space around the device for air circulation.
There ☐holes ☐ in the base of the oil pump so that you can mount it securely. Using suitable screws (not included in the scope of delivery) you can mount the device securely. When doing this make sure you maintain the space for air circulation as stated above. If you are unsure, contact an appropriate tradesman.
• Fitting the accessories
■ Unwind the hoses and cables completely.

PLEASE NOTE: For any further assembly, note the pump direction of the device. The liquid will be ped in the direction of the arrow.
$$ \begin{array}{l} \text { Inlet } = \text {"IN"} \ \text { Outlet } = \text {"OUT"} \end{array} $$
- Guide a hose clamp over the end of the suction hose (1.2 m) 8. Push the end of the suction hose over the corresponding inlet of the pump "IN". Now fix the hose using the hose clamp. To do this use a Phillips screwdriver.
■ Proceed in the same way to connect the drain hose (2 m) with the outlet of the pump "OUT".
To protect the pump, we recommend putting the coarse suction filter 10 on the open end of the suction hose 8, in case the oil which is being drained contains impurities.
- You can use the pump nozzle supplied for simplified transfer of liquids.
To do this first guide a hose clamp over the open end of the drain hose (2 m) 9. Now connect the pump nozzle 11 with the open end of the drain hose 9 and fix it in place using a hose clamp. - Lock the pump nozzle in the open position: Push the handle 13 right to the back, push and hold the latch mechanism 12 and then let go of the handle (Fig. F-H). The pump nozzle is now locked in the open position. Push the handle briefly to the back to release the latch mechanism.
● Preparation and the pumping process

PLEASE NOTE: When pumping diesel oil into a vehicle tank, observe the instructions from the cle manufacturer. The pump is not intended to drain diesel out of a vehicle tank. This can damage vehicle. Never use the pump to pump petrol.
PLEASE NOTE: When draining heating oil the suction hose 8 must not touch the sump (sludge from the impurities in the oil which have collected) in the bottom of the tank. The pump is not designed for draining the sump, even when using the coarse suction filter 10.
PLEASE NOTE: The product is not designed to carry out an oil change on a car. Due to the low volume of the oil tank of a car and the high pumping capacity, clean transfer of the oil would not be possible and could damage the vehicle.
- Guide the suction hose carefully to the bottom of the tank out of which you want to pump the liquid. - Guide the drain hose into the tank to be filled.
■ Make sure that all tanks/containers as well as the oil pump are positioned firmly and securely.
PLEASE NOTE: Before connecting the oil pump to a vehicle battery, make sure that the On/Off switch of the device is in the "0" (OFF) position.
■ Connect the connecting clamp for the positive pole (red) with the positive pole (+) of the vehicle battery.
- Connect the connecting clamp for the negative pole (black) with the negative pole (-) of the vehicle battery.
- When using the pump nozzle always open the pump nozzle first, before you switch the device on ("open" position see Fig. F.). Make sure that the pump is switched off immediately after you have closed the pump nozzle. Otherwise, the device can be damaged.
- Set the On/Off switch to the "1" position, to switch the device on. The pumping process will start.
ATTENTION: Make sure that no diesel or heating oil is spilling over or spraying out due to the high pump capacity of the oil pump out of a tank/container which is too small or almost full!
In order to stop the pumping process, set the On/Off switch to the "0" position.
■ To clean the device, pump a little clean oil after each use.
Now remove the connecting clamp for the negative pole (black) from the negative pole (-) of the vehicle battery.
■ Then remove the connecting clamp for the positive pole (red) from the positive pol (+) of the vehicle battery.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid damage to the device, after each use allow it to cool down for at least 15 minutes.
ATTENTION: Waste oil must be disposed of in accordance with the current regulations for waste oil disposal.
- Troubleshooting
