How to connect the inverter to the battery?

Make sure the inverter is off. Connect the red cable to the positive terminal of the battery and the black cable to the negative terminal. Do not reverse the connections, as this will blow the fuse.

What to do if the inverter has no output?

Check the load: if it exceeds the rated power, reduce it. Check the temperature: if overheating, wait 15 minutes after reducing load. Check the fuse and replace if necessary. Check the battery voltage: recharge if low.

What protections does the inverter have?

It protects against overload (125% → alarm then shutdown after 20s), short circuit (automatic shutdown), overheating (>80°C), low voltage (alarm then shutdown), overvoltage (>16V), and reverse polarity (fuse).

Can I connect multiple inverters in parallel?

No, it is strictly forbidden to connect this inverter in parallel with another.

Can I plug the inverter into the mains (electrical grid)?

No, this is forbidden. The inverter converts 12V DC to AC, it must not be connected to the electrical grid.

How to use the wireless remote?

Extend the remote's antenna. Press button A to activate the inverter output, press B to deactivate it. The maximum range is 100 meters in line of sight.

What to do if the fuse blows?

Turn off the inverter and disconnect the battery. Replace the fuse with one of the same rating (spare fuse provided). Make sure the connection is correct before turning on again.

What happens in case of overload?

If the load exceeds 125% of the rated power, the inverter sounds an alarm and shuts down after 20 seconds. Reduce the load and restart the device after turning it off for 5 seconds.

What to do if the inverter overheats?

The red light turns on and the inverter stops. Let it cool down (temperature below 80°C). Reduce the load and improve ventilation around the device.

How to maintain the inverter?

Avoid humidity, dust, and direct sunlight. Do not cover the device. Unplug it when not in use. Do not attempt to repair it yourself, as this will void the warranty.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Please read this manual carefully before using products.
• Thank you for choosing the power inverter we provide. We hope that products can bring you the most satisfactory service.
• The load (appliances) power, aka the output of the inverter, shall not be greater than the rated power, which could lead the inverter to fail to work.
• The load power of the appliances, also known as the output of the inverter, should not exceed the rated power, as this could cause the inverter to malfunction.
• When connected with an inductive or capacitive load, the inverter power should be 4-6 times greater than the load power (i.e., 4-6 times the starting power).
• Red to positive pole, Black to negative pole, please connect it properly. Reversely connection would melt the fuse, it could work normally after replacing the fuse and connecting properly.
• Forbidden plugging the inverter into mains power.

●Product Description.

This high frequency inverter has adopted SPWM technology, and it's highly efficient and reliable. The product has passed ISO9001:2000. However, improper operation or misuse may still cause injury or loss; the instructions and information provided in this manual must be followed at all times.

Note: Keep the power supply in a well-ventilated, dry area. Within 1 meter, there must be no flammable items; strictly prevent the risk of fire.

●Protective Functions.

1. Overload protection: when overloading 125%, the inverter will send an alarm and stop working after 20 seconds. When loads are reduced to an acceptable level, the inverter will resume working.
2. Short circuit protection: When there is a short circuit in the output of the inverter, the inverter will automatically turn off the output until the short circuit problem is resolved, and the output can be restored.
3. Over-temperature protection: when the inside temperature of the inverter reaches 80°C, the RED indication light will be on. The inverter will stop working, and once the temperature drops to an accepted level, the inverter automatically resumes working.
4. Low voltage protection: when the battery voltage is below the setting level, the inverter will send an alarm by beeping. When the battery voltage keeps dropping to its shutting level, the inverter will beep, and the LED will light up, the inverter will stop working. When the battery voltage increases to its restart level, the inverter will automatically resume working.
5. Over voltage protection: when the input voltage is higher than the set level, the inverter will stop working. When the input voltage is normal, it will automatically resume working.
6. Reverse connection protection: once there is a reverse connection, the inverter fuse will be burnt. In this case, please switch off the inverter, disconnect the power source, and change the fuse.

Note: REVERSE CONNECTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Installation.

1. The function of the inverter is to convert the DC 12V voltage into AC120V/230V. Before connection, please make sure the inverter is switched off.
2. When connecting the inverter to the battery, make sure that the battery voltage is consistent with the inverter reference voltage! ! !
3. Connect the Red cable of the inverter to the Positive pole of the battery. Connect the Black cable of the inverter to the Negative pole of the battery. Do not connect the cables reversely, otherwise the inverter fuse will be burnt.
4. Turn on the inverter power switch, at which point the green (blue) indicator light is on, indicating that the inverter is working properly.
5. Please connect the loads to the AC output of the inverter. Please avoid overload. In the case of overloading, the inverter will send an alarm and stop working. To restart the inverter, please first switch off the inverter for 5 seconds, reduce the load, and switch on again.

● Precautions

The inverters are designed, manufactured, and tested according to safety standards. However, as an electrical and electronic product, it must be installed, operated, and maintained strictly in accordance with the following safety instructions:

1. Reverse connection between the inverter and battery is strictly prohibited; it will burn the fuse of the inverter.
2. Please double-check that the battery voltage matches the inverter's input DC voltage. Mismatched connection between the inverter and battery can cause serious damage.
3. Double-check that all connections are correct and ensure that the connections are tight and secure.
4. Do not extend the inverter power cable.
5. When the inverter is not in use, switch it off and disconnect it from the system.
6. Avoid contact with any foreign objects or fluids. Do not touch the inverter with wet hands. Keep the product away from children. Avoid using in damp, dusty, or high-temperature areas. Do not use this product in flammable or combustible areas.
7. Install the product in a well-ventilated place. Avoid using this product near hot objects such as electric heaters. Do not cover the inverter. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and water.
8. This inverter cannot be connected in parallel.
9. It is strictly prohibited to connect this product to the city grid.
10. Do not attempt to repair the inverter. Once the inverter is opened, the warranty is void.

● Troubleshooting

When there is no output, please check the following:

1. Excessive use of electrical appliances, too heavy load. Solution: Reduce electrical appliances; the total power of the appliances used should be less than the inverter's rated power.
2. Overheat protection. WORKAROUND: Reduce load, improve cooling, and restart after 15 minutes. (In high summer temperatures or poor heat dissipation conditions, the power of electrical appliances should be appropriately reduced.)
3. After the fuse blows, replace it with a fuse of the same capacity.
4. Make sure that the cable connecting the battery is firmly and securely connected.
5. Low battery voltage; please charge the battery.
6. Battery exhausted: Please replace the battery, as batteries can become exhausted over the years.

●Random Accessories.

Products are carefully tested and inspected prior to shipment, but it is still possible to receive damage in transit. Please carefully check the equipment before installation. If there is any damage, contact the distributor in time.

●Instructions for use of the wireless remote control.

The inverter can be switched on and off remotely via a wireless control.

Note:

The recommended distance for remote control is 100 meters or less. Please stretch out all the antennas of the remote control during use!

When the remote control does not work, replace the battery inside the remote control.
