SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Read all instructions before using.
• Remove all packing material and carefully check your cooler box to ensure it is in good condition and that there is no damage to the ice maker or power cord and plug.
• Ensure the voltage is compliant with the voltage range stated on the rating label, and ensure the earthing of the socket is in good condition.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not connect or disconnect the electric plug when your hands are wet.
• Do not bend or damage the power cord.
• Do not pull on the power cord of the car fridge.
• Do not pull on sharp edges or corners.
• Do not touch bare, uninsulated power cords.
• This product is supplied with a compressor assembly. Please allow the product to lie flat for 4 hours before use.
• Do not place the product upside down or tilt it more than 45 degrees to avoid product failure.
• Do not obstruct the ventilation; when the refrigerator is placed in the car, the refrigerator cooling window hole must be reserved for more than 10 cm space, if the cooling window is blocked, the refrigeration system will be unable to dissipate heat, which will cause a decline in cooling performance, serious high temperature protection and shutdown.
• It is not recommended to place or store anything on top of the refrigerator; do not put heavy pressure on the display/control panel area; the door area can support no more than 100 kg.
• Do not use hard or sharp tools to remove ice from the refrigerator; do not use abrasive or solvent materials to clean the refrigerator.
• Do not expose the car fridge to rain.
• Before use, please clean the inside and outside of the car refrigerator with a wet cloth; do not install corrosive liquids; please clean the refrigerator compartment often to prevent odours and bacteria and to ensure food safety. Please disconnect the power supply and keep the inside and outside of the fridge clean and dry when not in use for a long time.
• This product is not intended for use by persons with abnormal physical, sensory or mental abilities, impairments or lack of experience and knowledge (including children), unless they have been given supervision or instruction in the use of the appliance by someone responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that small children do not use the car fridge as a toy.

Special instructions

• Do not store explosive substances, such as spray cans with flammable propellant, in this device.
• This device is intended for household use only.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 are allowed to fill refrigerators with food and remove food.
• When positioning the machine, make sure that the mains cable is not pinched or damaged.
• Ensure that there are no multiple sockets or power supply units on the rear of the machine.

To avoid contamination of food, please follow the instructions below:

• Prolonged opening of the door can cause a significant temperature rise in the compartments of the unit.
• Clean surfaces that may come into contact with food regularly. Clean the water drain regularly.
• Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator so that meat and fish do not come into contact with or drip onto other foods.

WARNING

When using, servicing and disposing of the unit, pay attention to the left symbol on the rear of the unit or on the compressor. This symbol warns of possible fires. There are flammable substances in the refrigerant lines and in the compressor. Keep the appliance away from sources of fire during use, maintenance and disposal.

This appliance contains the coolant isobutane (R600a), a natural gas which is environmentally friendly. Although it is flammable, it does not damage the ozone layer and does not increase the greenhouse effect. The use of this coolant has, however, led to a slight increase in the noise level of the appliance. In addition to the noise of the compressor, you might be able to hear the coolant flowing around the system. This is unavoidable and does not have any adverse effect on the performance of the appliance. Care must be taken during the transportation and setting up of the appliance that no parts of the cooling system are damaged. Leaking coolant can damage the eyes.

How to connect 12/24V DC power supply to car refrigerator

1. Place the car fridge in the car (boot, seats, etc.) in a flat position in the car and place it smoothly.
2. According to the space in the car to arrange a good DC power cable (if you need to wire from the centre console to the boot, the power cable can be buried under the carpet), one end of the power cable plugged into the car refrigerator power connector, the other end plugged into the cigarette lighter.
3. Open the lid handle, open the lid, the items to be frozen into the refrigerator inside the freezer compartment, cover the lid to ensure that the buckle hand lock in place.
4. After powering on, the temperature inside the box is shown, the appliance starts working and the user can set the desired temperature. Press and hold the on/off button for 2 seconds, the car fridge can be switched off; press and hold the on/off button for 2 seconds to restart.

How to connect 100 V-240 V AC power supply

1. Place the car fridge on the flat floor in the room and level it.
2. Connect the AC power adapter and the AC power cord supplied in the accessory box; the output of the adapter is plugged into the DC power connector of the car fridge, and the plug of the AC power cord is plugged into the power outlet, and the power is turned on.

1. Open the lid, place the items in the fridge, then replace the lid, making sure the buckle locks into place;

2. After switching on, the temperature inside the box is displayed, the appliance starts working and the user can set the desired temperature. If you press the on/off button for 2 seconds, the car fridge can be switched off and restarted by pressing and holding the on/off button for 2 seconds.

Press and hold the power switch button for 2 seconds to turn on or off the car refrigerator.

Temperature setting

When the unit is switched on, briefly press the "+" or "-" button, the set temperature value will be displayed and will flash, then briefly press the "+" or "-" button to adjust the set temperature up or down; the adjustment range is -20 °C - +20 °C. Press and hold the "+" or "-" button when it is flashing to quickly adjust the temperature setting.

Setting the Cooling and Engery Saving Mode

In the power-on state, briefly press the "SET" button, the "HH/ECO" display will flash, then briefly press the "+" or "-" buttons. You can choose between HH (MAX cooling) or ECO (energy saving) two modes to switch (factory default mode HH). If no operation for 3 seconds the appliance returns to standby mode.

Setting the temperature unit

When the unit is switched on, press the "SET" button twice, the "°C / F" display will flash, then press the "+" or "-" button briefly to switch to the Fahrenheit / Celsius temperature mode.

Note: Automatic display of the current temperature in the box when the power is turned on.

CAR BATTERY PROTECTION

Car battery protection

In the power-on state, press the "SET" button for 3 times, the display screen will show "H/Π/L" flashing, and at this time, briefly press "+" or "-" to switch the mode, (default is H (High grade battery protection gear), can be set to Π (Medium grade battery protection gear) or L (Low grade battery protection gear)).

Note: The car refrigerator has power-off memory function, the cooling temperature and working mode set before power-off will be automatically restored after the next power-on, there is no need to reset.

• The car fridge has three different car battery protection functions and can automatically monitor the car battery voltage.
• Before the power consumption of the appliance affects the normal car ignition, the car fridge will automatically stop working to prevent the car battery power from becoming too low and affecting the normal car ignition.
• Under the power on state, press the "SET" button 3 times, the display screen will show "H/Π/L" flashing. At this time, briefly press "+" or "-" to switch the mode, (default is H high grade, can be set to Π medium grade or L low grade), so that the refrigerator can work longer.
• When using an external backup battery or when the display of the refrigerator shows "E1", you can set the battery protection gear down a gear.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Common problem Failure cause Suggested solutions
Car refrigerator does not work.	Power supply is not connected properly.	Properly connect the power supply.

	The fuse is blown. Reinsert or replace the fuse.

		Make sure not to overfill the appliance.

Abnormal noise. The appliance is not level or touching walls or other objects.		Make sure that the appliance is level and not touching walls or objects.
		Tighten the parts or reattach them.
		The sound of refrigerant flowing, which is normal.
		Starting the motor from standstill to high-speed operation, the sound will be slightly louder, which is normal.

Refrigerator surface condensation.

The box body surface is producing light condensation. When the ambient air humidity is >75%, the air in the water vapor encounters lower temperature which is liquefied on the refrigerator shell and condensed into small water droplets.

This is a normal phenomenon. Dry with a towel. Adjusting the high refrigeration temperature is conducive to reduce the phenomenon of condensation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning method

Clean the appliance at least once a week with a damp cloth. Wipe the inside and outside of the refrigerator. If too dirty, wipe with a neutral detergent and then with a cloth washed in water, twisting it dry to remove water stains.

Care of plastic parts

It is important that the door seal is properly protected. Always keep them clean to avoid oil stains that can contaminate and deform the door seal. If the oil (animal or vegetable) remains on the plastic parts in the box for too long, they may be damaged. Plastic is prone to ageing, cracking and odour, so it is important to keep it clean.

Caution

It is strictly forbidden to wash the unit directly with water to prevent the electrical insulation from deteriorating and the metal parts from rusting. The following items (alkaline detergent, soap, scouring powder, hot water, brush, Tenax, petrol, alcohol) will damage the coating and plastic parts and cannot be used for cleaning.
