1. This product is only suitable for tightening and testing within the calibration range.
2. Do not use strong impact during use.
3. Absolutely not allowed to use as other tools.

1 PRODUCT OVERVIEWS

Top-grade preset torque drivers are used to tighten work pieces to meet torque requirements. The product operates counterclockwise and can preset torque values. 3 The functional characteristics

1. The torque value can be preset and has an audible alarm prompt. When tightening torque of the fastener reaches the preset torque value, it can automatically emit a signal “kada”, accompanied by obvious hand vibration, indicating that the work is completed. After the force is removed, each relation is automatically reset.

5 How To Use

Step 1:

Set the torque value of the screwdriver according to the torque required when fastener is tightened. When the torque value is preset, hold the hand part first the hand wheel with the other hand, and move it to the straight circle. Pres direction and then adjust the hand-wheel clockwise to make the linear scale. Let the value of the main scale line and the sub-scale line reach the required torque value, then release the adjustment hand-wheel and the preset torque v is completed.

Step 2:

According to the head form of the fastener, select the batch head from the accessory and insert it into the hexagonal joint of the screwdriver (if there is suitable batch head in the attachment, the batch head can be processed by The size of the hex joint is as shown in the above figure. Show).

Step 3:

Install the batch head of the corresponding specification on the screwdriver, align the bit to the fastener with the handle, and turn the

screwdriver until the tightening torque of the fastener reaches the set value, and the idling of the screwdriver occurs. At the same time, it is accompanied by obvious hand vibration, prompting to complete the operation.

Step 4:

If it is not used for a long time, adjust the tick mark to the minimum torque
