How to assemble the food processor to chop meat?

First, place the motor drive shaft on the motor base. Install the processing bowl, then insert the accessory drive shaft and the chopping blade. Finally, close the lid by turning it. The appliance will only start if everything is correctly assembled.

What is the maximum amount of meat I can chop at once?

The recommended maximum amount is 300 grams of meat cut into pieces about 20x20x60 mm. Do not exceed 1.2 L of total bowl capacity.

Can I wash the parts in the dishwasher?

Yes, all removable accessories (bowl, lid, pusher, blades, shafts) are dishwasher safe. The motor base should never be immersed; clean it with a dry cloth.

Why does my food processor stop during use?

This is normal: the appliance is equipped with overheat protection. If the temperature becomes too high, it shuts off automatically. Let it cool for 30 to 60 minutes before using it again.

How long can I use the food processor continuously?

Do not operate the appliance for more than one minute at a time. After each minute, let it cool for at least 3 minutes. If you need to perform more than 5 operations, allow it to cool for 30 to 60 minutes.

Can I blend hot ingredients or pour hot liquid into the bowl?

No, it is forbidden to put hot ingredients. Let them cool for a few minutes before blending. Hot liquids may be ejected suddenly due to steam and cause burns.

How to shred vegetables with this food processor?

Use the fine or coarse shredding blade according to the desired texture. Cut the vegetables into pieces that fit through the feeding chute. Place the food in the chute and push with the pusher while operating the appliance at speed 1 for about 30 seconds.

What to do if the appliance does not start?

Check that all accessories are correctly installed: the bowl must be properly locked on the base, the lid closed, and the blades in place. The safety switch prevents starting if the assembly is incorrect. Also make sure the outlet works.

How to safely clean the chopping blade?

The blades are very sharp. Handle them with care. You can wash them in the dishwasher or with soapy water. Use a brush to avoid direct contact. Dry them immediately and store them out of reach of children.

2. Safety instructions for the user

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
  • Always place the appliance on to the flat and even surface.
• The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• This appliance is intended to be use used in household and similar applications.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
• Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down.
• The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.
• The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury

- Do not place or operate the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates, Ovens or Electric burners) or open flames.

• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In case of the cord be damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid Hazard.
• In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.

Restrictions on use when used with children and elders

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge, unless they have been properly instructed concerning use of the appliance and are fully supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of the children.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Do not allow the children to use the appliance.
• Appliances can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance

• This appliance includes a safety switch which prevents operation unless the accessories are securely installed.
• This appliance is designed with a protective device in case of operation in high temperatures. If the temperature becomes too high, the unit will turn off automatically and will resume operation when the motor cools completely (after about 30-60 minutes).

Note: Do not operate the appliance for more than 3 minutes continuously. Need to use it for more than 5 minutes, it may trigger overheat protection of the motor, which may cause some damages to the appliance.

• Caution: If the operation is not completed within 3 minutes, turn off the machine and cool it for 1 minute before the next operation. If more than 5 rounds operations are required, cool the machine for 30-60 minutes to room temperature. This can lengthen lifespan of the appliance.
• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
• To protect against risk of electric shock, fire or personal injury, do not immerse the power cord, plug or motor base into water or any form of liquid.
• Do not immerse the motor base into water, or rinse it under tap water.
• Do not push food with fingers, or other objects (like knives), always use the enclosed pusher for feeding food.
  • Always disconnect the blender from the mains when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to the sudden steaming.
• WARNING: The blades are very sharp!
• Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while in function.
• Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.
• Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.

• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.

• The unit is equipped with a security function. The unit can only be switched on if all the accessories are mounted properly.

• CAUTION: Do not operate the unit when empty.
• CAUTION: Do not put hot ingredients into the jar. Before food preparation, allow food to cool down for a few minutes.
• CAUTION: Before you eat or serve blended food, please always check for ingredients that might have not been blended adequately.
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
• Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.
• Installation of a spike protector will offer additional protection with a nominal trigger current of not more than 30 Ma in the house installation. Please consult your installing electrician.
• Always use a reliable earthed power supply to operate the appliance.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

P — Pulse: Stainless steel blades operate with transitorily highest speed.

How to use the pulse function.

1. Turn rotary switch to «0» position to turn off the appliance.
2. Turn the knob and keep it in same position as long as you want motor to run.

Note: make sure to not to run the motor more than 1 minute continuously.

1 — Low speed - Blades operate with low speed, suitable for elementary blending.

1. Turn motor switch clockwise to position speed 1.

2. The blender starts blending.

3. To stop turn rotary switch to «O» position.

2 — High speed - Blades operate with high speed, suitable for symmetrical blending.

This function can be used for grinding and blending some kinds of vegetables and fruits.

0 — Turn off the unit.

Operation:

1- Chopper:

- Accessories to use (Lid of processing bowl, Driving shaft, Processing Bowl, Motor base, Chopping Blade).

Firstly, mount Motor driving shaft on the motor body, followed by Processing bowl. Place Accessories driving shaft on to the motor driving shaft and chopping blade. Place the lid on the working bowl and close firmly. Your food processor is ready to process and chop the food.

Step 1: Put the food like Boneless beef or the Pork which has been cut into the pieces of approximately size 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm and total weight should not exceed 300 gms.

Step 2: Operate the appliance on the highest speed setting for approximately 1 minute.

2- Shredder :

Useful parts / areas (Food pusher, Lid of processing bowl, Processing bowl, Motor base, Motor Driving shaft, Thin shredding blade, Thick shredding blade).

Firstly, mount Motor driving shaft on the motor body, followed by Processing bowl. Place Accessories driving shaft on to the motor driving shaft and Shredder. Place the lid on the working bowl and close firmly. Your food processor is ready to process and shredding.

Step: 1: Choose the shredding blade you need.

Step 2: Prepare 500 gm Carrot or similar food and cut into the size that could easily pass through the feeding hole.

Step 3: Operate the product on speed 1 and then put the food into the feeding hole and press the food with the Pusher.

Step 4: Operate the appliance till the food is shredded (approx. 30 seconds).

Note: Please let the appliance cool down before next operation.

6. TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is recommended to choose the pulse function 2-3 times for pre-mixing the food ingredients before the operation.
  • 1.2L is Max. quantity for one batch.
• Make sure that the base is installed properly before the operation.
• Food pusher can be used to pus the food inside through feeder.
• Please do not operate the blender function for more than 1 minute. After operating it for 1 minute, let it cool it for 3 minutes before the next operation.

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

HOW TO DISASSEMBLE

1. Remove the pusher. Turn the cover counter clockwise, lift and remove it.
2. Lift the accessory from the driving shaft.
3. Turn the processor bowl counter clockwise to unlock it from the motor base. Lift it and remove it.

Cleaning:

1. Please unplug the power cord to protect from electric shock while cleaning the machine. Do not immerse the motor base and power cord into water.
2. All the removable accessories can be cleaned in water except the motor base. Dry the wet parts after cleaning. All the detachable accessories can be washed in a dishwasher.
3. For easy cleaning, while cleaning the processing bowl, you can use some warm water and detergent in the blender jar and leave it for some time.
4. Always place the machine in a dry place with air circulation.
5. Do not use the hard (solid) detergent to avoid any scratch on the product.
6. Do not operate the appliance for more than 1 minute at a stretch for chopping and cutting functions and do not operate it more than 1 minute for the blender function. Using this appliance more than 5 minutes, can trigger of overheating of motor.
7. Please do not operate the appliance for too long to avoid damages to it.
8. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE INTO WATER.
