WARNING!

2) Please handle metal edges carefully.
3) DO NOT stand on this product or use it as a ladder.

5) Always assemble on an even surface.
6) The maximum loaded weight on the tool cart is no more than 35 evenly distributed.
7) Bind the goods with the cart tightly with the Tie-down strap before moving.

ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS

USE PRECAUTIONS

1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or go to this item.
2. Check carefully before use. Do not use it if parts get loosened or damaged.
3. Use on flat and hard surfaces only.
4. Do not exceed the listed load-bearing capacity. Tighten all the kno securely before placing weights on them. Be aware of the dynamic load-bearing capacity! Sudden load changes may temporarily cause excessive load, resulting in product failure.

Attention:

For additional information regarding the parts listed below, please refer to the assembly diagram in this manual. Unwrap and separate a parts in a clear work area.

ASSEMBLY STEP

Step 1: Assembly the Casters.

1. Turn over the Bottom shelf 1#.
2. Assemble the Casters 12#&13# with Bolts 16# as shown.

Step 2: Assembly the Upright 7#.

1. Turn over the Bottom shelf and put the Casters on the ground.
2. Assembly the Uprights 7# with Bolt 15# and Nut 17#, attention the Uprigh direction.

Step 3: Assembly the Middle shelf 2#.

1. Put the Middle shelf 2# in the right position and fix with Bolt 15# and 17#; attention that the assembly holes are the No. 6 and No.7 from the Up top.

Step 4: Assembly the Pegboard 6#.

1. Assembly the Pegboard 6# with Bolt 15# and Nut 17# as shown.

Step 5: Assembly the Drawer mounting plate 5#.

1. Put the Drawer mounting plate 5# as shown and fix with Bolt 15#; attent the ball bearing slide in the same direction, and the assembly hole is the N No.4 from the Upright's top.

Step 6: Assembly the Top shelf 3#, Screw holder 8# and Handle 9#.

1. Put the Top shelf 3# as shown and fix with Bolt 15#; the assembly hole No. 3 and No.4 from the Upright's top. Attention to the ball bearing slide an Top shelf's hole in the same direction.

Step 7: Assembly the Drawer 4# and EVA.

1. Push out the ball bearing slide and put the Drawer into it as shown, the Top EVA 10# and Drawer EVA 11# in their place.

Step 8: Assembly complete.

Note: During installation, do not tighten the screws until all parts installed.
