How to assemble the Vevor ETT03 cart?

Follow the steps in the manual: start by attaching the reinforcement parts to the top plates with M6x10 screws, then add the mesh plates and side panels using M6x35 screws and nuts. Install the casters with the supplied wrench. Do not tighten the screws until all parts are in place.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The maximum total load is 150 lb (≈68 kg). Each shelf supports a maximum of 45 lb (≈20 kg). Items should be evenly distributed.

Are the casters braked?

Yes, two of the four casters are with brake (part #10) and two without brake (part #11). Place the braked casters at the front or as you prefer.

The manual is available for free in PDF on notice-facile.com. You can download it directly from the product page.

What to do if a part is missing?

Check the parts list in the manual. If a part is missing, contact Vevor support at www.vevor.com/support with your order number.

How to clean and maintain the cart?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Store in a dry place to prevent rust.

How to install the hooks and key holder?

Attach the key holder (part #16) with M6x10 screws and nuts. The hooks (#8) hang on the mesh shelves as shown in step 10 of the manual.

Safety Tips:

1. Lay a soft cloth or paper on the floor assembly to prevent the floor from scratching the parts.
2. Before installation, remove the protective rubber caps of the left and right upper components, as shown in the right picture

1. The maximum load of each layer after assembly is 45 LBS.
2. The items on each layer should be evenly distributed.

Connect Part①" and Part②" with screw ⑭".

Step2

Connect Part③" and Part②" with screw⑭".

Step3

Attach parts “④” onto the assembled “①” and “②” with scr “⑬”.

Step4

Attach Part “⑤” to the assem with screws “⑬” and nuts “⑮

Step5

Attach part⑥" to the assembly screws ⑬" and nuts⑮".

Step6

Repeat Steps 3-5 to connect the installation kit in Step 2 to the installation component.

Step7

Attach part⑦” to the assembly screws ⑭” and nuts⑮”.

Step8

Attach part ⑯" to the assembl with screws ⑭" and nuts ⑮".

Step9

Install casters⑩” and ⑪” onto th assembly with wrench⑫”.

Step10

Install part ⑧” on the assembly as shown.
