This grille accepts standard 1-inch thick air filters (25.4 mm). Model F is also equipped with an integrated fine mesh screen.

How to install the return air grille?

1. Detach the door from the frame. 2. Secure the frame to the wall or ceiling using the 4 provided screws. 3. Insert the 1" thick air filter. 4. Replace the door and lock the latches.

Can this grille be installed on the ceiling?

Yes, ceiling installation is possible. For your safety, ensure the frame and door are securely fastened to prevent falling.

How to clean the fine mesh screen?

Remove the screen and clean it with warm soapy water or a vacuum cleaner. Allow to dry completely before reinstalling.

What if the provided screws are not suitable for my mounting surface?

Use screws suitable for your material (wood, plaster, etc.) of similar diameter and length. Ensure the fixing is secure.

Is the grille compatible with all HVAC systems?

Yes, it is suitable for most heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that use return air filters.

How to lock the door correctly?

After closing the door, push both latches inward until you hear a click. Check that they are properly engaged.

Can the fine mesh screen be removed?

OPERATION

1.To remove your old return air filter grille,open the grille door and-fo safety detach the door if possible

2. Remove the screws that secure the frame onto the wall or ceiling. ① If this is a ceiling application, for your safety, prevent the frame/grille/filter from falling down.

3. Remove the old frame and the filter carefully.

4. Measure the DUCT OPENING (Wall/Ceiling) and make sure it's the size written on the box.

First number is always the Width, second number is always the

Height.

DO NOT MEASURE YOUR OLD GRILLE.

5. To install the new Return Air Filter Grille, detach the door (for eligible

models) from the frame and install the frame onto the wall/ceiling with the 4 screws provided.

1. Place a 1-inch thick air filter into the frame. ① You may use the small tabs to tighten the filter.

1. Attach the door by hinges (for eligible models) and close it by both latches.
