What does the red flashing light once per second mean?

This indicates an overvoltage or undervoltage fault (input voltage out of range). Check your power supply.

How to reset the Wi-Fi of the device?

Simultaneously press buttons A and < (or as per the manual) for 3 seconds until the screen displays 'WIFI Reset'. To exit, press again for 2 seconds.

The yellow light is solid and charging does not start, what to do?

Check that the app is installed and use it to start charging. You can also remove the cable, press button A for 5 seconds, then reconnect.

How to adjust the charging current?

Click the adjustment button to cycle through values: 16 A → 13 A → 10 A → 8 A → 16 A. Changes can only be made before charging starts.

Can I use this charger in the rain?

Yes, the IP66 rating allows outdoor use, but as a precaution, avoid thunderstorms and heavy weather.

What to do if the screen shows 'Ground Fault'?

Check the grounding of the outlet. If it is correct, contact after-sales service with the virtual ID of the device (visible in the app).

How to schedule a delayed charge?

On the device, click to increase the reservation time from 0 to 12 hours. Via the app, you can schedule charging to a specific time.

The charging current is lower than expected, is this normal?

Yes, if the mains voltage is low, the device automatically reduces the current by 50% to protect your installation. Contact an electrician if the problem persists.

What types of vehicles are compatible?

This charger is compatible with electric vehicles equipped with a Type 2 plug (European standard gun) and compliant with EN 62752 standard.

How to link the device to the Tuya app?

Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Activate APP mode by holding button A until you see 'APP STAR'. Follow the instructions in the app to add the device via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

When you find that the charging current is relatively low during the charging process, please contact a qualified electrician to detect and replace your home cables and switch devices, so as to ensure that the expected charging current can be achieved and the safety of electricity can be ensured.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Before installation, please check that the grid is single-phase 230 V ±10% (50 Hz). Otherwise, the device cannot be used.
2. The charging device has a function that detects the load capacity of the user's network circuit. When the user's grid circuit cannot bear the charging power of the device, the device will automatically reduce the charging power and then charge the electric vehicle. This function can solve the problem of frequent tripping caused by grid voltage instability, circuit aging, and other issues. At the same time, it can reduce safety problems caused by user circuit problems. If the charging power is reduced during use, it is a normal phenomenon.
3. This equipment has over-voltage and under-voltage protection, as well as overload protection. After the device automatically adjusts the

charging power, if the user's grid voltage is still abnormal, the device will automatically shut down charging and stop using.

1. When installing the equipment, circuit breakers must be installed at the front-end total input.
2. Do not use flammable, explosive, or combustible materials, chemicals, combustible gas, or other dangerous goods near the charging pile.
3. Keep the charging point dry and clean. If there is any dirt, use a clean, dry cloth to wipe it. It is forbidden to touch the charging pin.
4. For hybrid cars, please recharge again after the engine is turned off. During charging, driving the vehicle is prohibited.
5. Children should not get close during the charging process to avoid harm.
6. In case of rain, thunder, or other weather, please charge with caution.
7. It is strictly prohibited to use the charging pile if the charging cable is broken, worn, or exposed, or if the charging pile has been obviously knocked down or damaged. If such conditions are found, please stay away from the charging pile immediately and contact the staff.
8. If a fire, electric shock, or other abnormal situation occurs during charging, immediately press the stop button to ensure personal safety.
9. Please do not attempt to remove, maintain, or modify the charging pile. Improper use may cause damage, leakage, and other hazards.

EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. After the device is powered on, it enters standby mode. The standby interface is shown below:

2.1 Adjusting the charging current: Press the button to cycle through the charging levels: 16A-13A-10A-8A-16A. After selecting the desired current, plug in the charging connector to begin charging.

2.2 Scheduled charging: Press to increase the delay time. You can set a delay between 0 and 12 hours. After the set delay, charging will start automatically. All models covered in this manual

support scheduled charging via the app.

Note: Once charging has started, the charging speed and schedule cannot be changed (neither via buttons nor the app).

2.3 After inserting the charging connector into the vehicle's charging port, the charging interface is shown below:

3. App download and binding

a. To download the smart app, enter the following address in your mobile browser:

Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to install.

b. QR code download:

Open the mobile browser or other social software, scan the QR code, and follow the APP according to the prompts.

3.1 Binding and Using Devices

Open the installed APP, click Agree privacy Statement, you can register with your mobile phone number, social software binding registration, and log in to the APP after a successful registration.

Long press A on the charging panel, and APP START appears on the display screen to enter the APP mode;

Press and hold on the charging panel again, and the display screen will display Plug and Charge to enter the Plug and Play charging mode. Open the Location, Bluetooth, and Wifi of the mobile phone. If the charging device is in standby state, the APP will automatically search for the charging device and the device name will be displayed.

c. Click Add to add the device, enter the WIFI pairing interface, automatically identify the WIFI name of the phone. Click Next, and the device will be automatically bound. After the binding is successful, a message will be displayed indicating that the device has been successfully added. Finally, click the icon of "Finish" and wait about 5 seconds for the device to be bound.

d. You can also click "+" in the upper right corner of the APP to manage add the device, select the category of "Energy saving" in the left column pull up the device type, find the device "Car charging pile (Bluetooth + WIFI)", click to enter, and then click "Confirm indicator flashing" and "Fas flashing" as prompted. Enter the WIFI password (WIFI password connected to the mobile phone) and click Next to match the password, always set the bound device as prompted. After binding the device, charge it according to the APP interface.

4.1 Fault display description (EV-B06-EU003B)

4.2 Ground Fault: The ground wire is not connected or the ground wire is poor.

4.3 CP Fault: The device detects that the CP voltage exceeds 6V ± 0.8 or 9V ± 0.8, reports a CP fault, recovers the voltage to within range, and recovers the fault.

4.4 Overcurrent Fault: If the charging current of the device exceeds the threshold and continues to exceed 5s, the device will disconnect charging and report a fault, which cannot be automatically restored.

4.5 Undervoltage Fault: The rated input voltage is 230V, and a fault is reported if the voltage value is lower than 184V ± 5V.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDANCE

1. Poor grounding alerts for faults.

Failure manifestations: Red light flashes once in 2s and "Ground Fault" is displayed on the screen.

Fault clearance:

A. Check whether the socket is well grounded, and if not, do a good job of grounding. B. If it is confirmed that it is well grounded, check the virtual ID of the device in APP and provide the virtual ID to the after-sales. C. Wait for after-sales to notify customers to update the device software version in the APP.

1. The device has a solid yellow light and cannot be charged.

Failure manifestations: The device is powered on and connected to the electric vehicle, the yellow light of the device is always on, and it cannot be charged.

Fault clearance:

A. Check the instruction manual, download and install the APP, and start charging in the APP.

B. It is also possible to remove the charging cable, press the device "A" button for 5s, and then plug the charging cable into the electric car.

1. Charging is not possible and the red light flashes.

Failure manifestations: The device is plugged in, the charging cable is connected to the electric car, the device flashes red and cannot be charged.

Fault clearance:

A. If the product has a display, check the display fault message of the display. B. If the product does not have a display screen, download the APP by referring to the manual

and view the alarm information in the APP.

C. Feedback the fault information to our after-sales service.

5.1 The installation method is wall hanging.

a. Take out the provided wall mounting fasteners and carefully check the installation dimensions of the screw holes. b. Select the installation location of the device. The lowest position of the equipment is a wall mounted fastener 1200 mm above the ground. c. Drill 2 holes with a diameter of 8 mm according to the location of the first screw holes of Wall mounted fasteners, and tap in the expansion rubber plugs. Fix the mounting plate with nuts to fix the chassis.
