How to install the Vevor NMMP12-G120-12-1 maceration pump on my RV?

Remove the drain hose cap, install the pump onto the drain by turning clockwise to lock. Ensure the O-ring is on the port adapter before installation. Connect the discharge hose to the outlet and the rinse hose to the on-off valve.

What type of power supply is needed?

The pump operates on 12 V DC. Use the provided car adapter with a 20 A fuse. The power cord is 7 feet long. Follow the wiring diagram: red wire to positive, black wire to negative.

How to rinse and clean the pump after use?

After draining, close the drain valves, turn on the rinse water (max 40 PSI) and run the pump to flush the interior. Turn off the water and pump, disconnect hoses, and store the pump.

What to do if the pump does not start?

Check the fuse in the car adapter (20 A). If blown, replace it. Check electrical connections. If the motor is defective, replace the pump.

How to unblock the pump if it is stuck?

Turn off power. Open the adjustment cap at the motor end (button 21) by turning counterclockwise. Insert a screwdriver and turn clockwise to loosen the blade.

What accessories are included with the pump?

How to replace the cutting blade?

Disconnect power. Remove the 4 cover screws, then the cutting housing. Hold the motor shaft with a screwdriver in the slot, remove the hex nut and blade. Replace by aligning with the shaft, tighten the nut.

What is the maximum range of the pump?

The pump can discharge over a distance of at least 10 feet (3 meters) thanks to its garden hose discharge port.

How to maintain the pump to extend its life?

After each use, rinse with clean water. Regularly check the condition of seals and blades. Store in a dry place. Follow disassembly instructions to clean the impeller and blades if necessary.

The NMMP12-G120 DC waste pump is the ideal solution for emptying holding tanks on recreational vehicles and avoiding dump stations.

Empties a typical 40-gallon holding tank in less than 5 minutes. Do it for more than.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the end cap from the drain pipe.
2. Install the waste pump on the drain in any convenient position twisting clockwise to lock.
3. Be sure that the o-ring is on the pump adapter prior to insta unit.
4. Install waste/garden hose on the discharge port adapter.
5. Install the rinse water hose to the on-off valve.
   6.Open the black water valve, and turn on the pump.
6. Turn off the pump and open the gray water valve. Let gray \ back flush the black water tank. Turn on the pump.
7. Turn off the pump, open the rinsing valve, and backfill tanks of rinsing. Turn on the pump. Turn off the rinse water. Drain tanks
8. Close both drain valves, and turn on the rinse water (40 PSI and pump. Rinse the pump and discharge hose.
9. Turn off the water and pump, and disconnect the hose and

11. Replace the end cap on the drain pipe.

ELECTRICAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Refer to electrical drawing below. Connect the switch assemb RV waste pump motor wires with butt connectors (connect the motor wire to the red switch wire; and the black motor wire to black switch wire).
2. Connect the car adaptor to the power.
3. Fuse Replacement: The fuse is inside the car adaptor. Use an automotive 20 amp fuse for replacement.

ELECTRICAL INSTRUCTIONS

TURN OFF ALL POWER!

-REAR END CAP/MOTOR SHAFT ACCESS

Loosen the shaft knob (21), and put the D-type rotary knob mounted one end of the rear end of the motor.

-PUMP DISASSEMBLY

Remove 4 cover screws (1). Remove cutter housing (3) and gasket (necessary to hold the motor shaft steady. Remove the hex nut (7) a

cutter blades (8). Insert a screwdriver into the slot on the motor shaft (9/32"[7mm]) behind the blade onto the flat of the motor shaft. Remove hex nut (7) and cutter (8). the top wear plate (9), gasket (5), impeller (10), and bottom wear plate. Remove the impeller housing (12) and shaft seal (14). It is not necessary to remove the slinger (15).

-PUMP ASSEMBLY

Ensure the slinger (15) is on the motor shaft. Ensure that the shaft can be inserted into the right position of the impeller housing (12). In the impeller housing (12) to the motor shaft. Install the bottom wear (11) insert to the impeller housing (11). Rotate the impeller (9) to the impeller housing (12) counterclockwise. Install the gasket (5) and top plate (9). Install the cutter blade (8) and align it with the motor shaft the motor shaft with a screwdriver or a wrench(9/32H[7mm]) to tighten hex nut (7). Installed gasket (5) and cutter housing (3) and tightened screw (1).

DANGER

Do NOT use the pump if any part of the housing switch or probe is broken, or missing.

Always disconnect the electric supply before attempting to install, service relocate, or perform any maintenance. If the power source is out of a lock and tag in the open (off) position to prevent unexpected power application. Failure to do so WILL result in fatal electrical shock!

TROUBLESHOOTING

Please turn off the power before checking the fault.
