How to center a knob on a drawer with this jig?

Measure the width and height of the drawer. Set the main stop to half the height and the sliding stop to half the width. Drill through the guide bushing. Use a center punch for precise positioning.

How to install an offset handle on a cabinet door?

Mark the location of the lower hole. Measure the distance from the top of the door to set the sliding stop, and from the side to set the main stop. Place the tool and drill. Flip the tool for the other door.

What to do if the jig does not stay in place during drilling?

Make sure the thumb screws are tightened to secure the stops. Check that the ruler is properly aligned. If necessary, use a clamp or additional pliers to stabilize the tool.

Is the jig compatible with all types of drill bits?

The jig uses metal guide bushings of standard diameter (4 mm and 5 mm included). Use drill bits matching the bushing diameter for precise guidance.

How to clean and maintain the jig after use?

Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Store all parts in the provided storage bag to avoid loss. Do not use abrasive products.

Can I use this jig to drill off-center holes?

Yes, thanks to the adjustable stops and sliding guides, you can position the holes anywhere on the workpiece, within the scale limits (25 cm longitudinal and 20 cm horizontal).

Is the jig suitable for thick wooden drawers?

Yes, the aluminum alloy jig is sturdy. However, drilling depth is limited by the drill bit length. Ensure the drill bit is long enough to go through the drawer thickness.

How to read the scales in inches and centimeters?

The scales are graduated in centimeters and inches (0-25 cm / 0-10 in). Use the side corresponding to your needs. The fine lines indicate millimeters/1/16 inch.

What to do if a jig part is lost?

Does the jig require electrical power?

No, it is a manual jig. It is used to guide a power tool (drill) but does not consume electricity. Always unplug your drill before adjusting the jig.

OPERATION

A: KNOB ON DRAWER FRONT(Center of width and height)

①Measure the width and height of the drawer.
② Set Large Stop at half of the drawer height, and set the sliding end stop at

half of the drawer width. Finally,drill holes .

(NOTE: Using a center punch for positioning is more convenient.)

③Install the handle and you're done.

B: HANDLE ON DRAWER FRONT(Center of width and height)

①:Measure hole centers of handles,adjust and tighten Sliding Drill Guides. (Cover unused bushing with tape)
②:Measure the width and height of the drawer.
③: Set Large Stop at half of the drawer height, and set the sliding end stop at half of the drawer width. Finally, drill holes.

(NOTE: Using a center punch for positioning is more convenient.)

④:Install the handle, and you're done.
