5. Ensure the safety chains operate freely around the mounting system and do not become entangled.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Step 1:

Insert into the Trailer Hitch. Begin by installing the channel mount (#1) into the trailer hitch receiver. Then, secure it with the hitch pin (#5).

Step 2:

Determine Required Ball Height. Determine the proper ball height by leveling the trailer and measuring from the bottom of the trailer tongue to the ground. See below.

Find the hole closest to that measurement on the channel mount (#1). The top pin of the dual-ball (#2) will go in that hole. Secure all security locks and plug (#4) with the hitch pins (#5).

INSTALLATION DETAILS

1. A shock-absorbing pad is installed on the back of the dual ball hitch. It is installed at the factory and does not need to be installed by the user. This ensures that the product will not make abnormal noise when the vehicle is driving.

1. To prevent the security lock from shaking after installation, the security lock is equipped with 4 rubber rings. The installation may not require all rubber rings, and some can be removed as needed.
