The soldering iron needs to be tested before it leaves the factory, so the so tip may cover a small amount of tin, and the casing will be slightly yellowing is a normal phenomenon.

To avoid electric shock or injury to the human body or fire hazard, the follo basic rules must be observed when using the equipment. In order to ensure personal safety, only parts and accessories approved or recommended by the original factory can be used, otherwise serious consequences may occur!

WARNING

When using this product, the soldering pencil/soldering tip, with the tem up to 80-480°C, may cause burns to the user or cause a fire due to application. So Users shall strictly observe the following rules:

- Keep this product away from flammable materials.

• Keep the product out of children's reach.
• Do not use this product if you are inexperienced or have no sufficient necessary knowledge without the guidance of related personnel.
• Do not use this product under wet environment or with wet hands electric shock.
• Do not modify this product and its accessories without authorization.
• Please turnoff the power when replacing parts and iron tips, and no the use until the equipment is completely cooled down.
• Please use the accessories from the original factory when replacing product parts.
• Make sure to turnoff the power switch when the equipment is temp stopped or out of use.
• If the power cord is damaged, please ask the manufacturer or its s or similar qualified personnel to repair it, so as to avoid personal injur to product
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the health involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Features

• This product designed with nixie tube display.
• Combined soldering station with soldering stand.
• MCU controlled temperature calibration with PID system equipped, adjust temperature by knob button, easy to operate.

Operational guide

1. Power button

Turn on after this device given by power. Set the temperature you want will shown on the nixie tube display by knob. It will show the real temperature of the soldering tip after 3 seconds.

2. Temperature Setting

When this device is working, it can adjust temperature rapidly by temperature the setting temperature will be shown when adjusting temperature, the real temperature of soldering tip will be displayed after stopped adjusting temperature for 3 seconds.

Temperature range is 80\~480°C.

3. Temperature Locking Function

Press LOOK/°C/°F button for 3 seconds at the same time under working mode, the current temperature will be locked, the temperature won't be changed by turni the knob button, and display LOC for locking temperature. Can unlock the cut temperature by pressing LOOK/°C/°F button for 3 seconds again when temperature locking.

4. Switching Temperature Unit

The current temperature unit will be switched by pressing LOOK/°C/°F button at the same time under working mode, the indicate light of temperature unit will changed accordingly.

5. Auto Standby Function

When the soldering not in use and put the soldering iron on the iron holder auto standby after 10 minutes, heater is heating up to 200 °C, nixie tube di STB, pick up the soldering iron and back to normal working mode.

6. Auto Sleep Function

In auto standby mode, the soldering station will auto sleep after 20 minutes, tube display SLP, the heating core is not heated, it will get back to norm mode by adjusting the knob or pressing the button.(P.S. It will auto sleep with use machine doesn't operate and turn to sleep mode)
