Use the front/back adjustment screw (marked D) located on the hinge arm. Turn it clockwise to increase the gap between the door and frame, or counterclockwise to reduce it. The adjustment range is ±1.8 mm.

Use the up/down adjustment screw (marked E) on the arm. Turn it to move the door vertically. The range is ±2.0 mm.

Is this model suitable for a frameless cabinet (without face frame)?

No, this model is designed for face frame cabinets. For a frameless cabinet, choose the PHS25201 model (frame hinge) or another type to mount on the side.

What is the diameter of the hole to drill in the door for the cup?

The hole diameter is 35 mm (Φ35). The hole depth must be at least 10.5 mm to accommodate the cup.

Are the hinges delivered with mounting screws?

Yes, each lot includes 4x16 screws for fixing the cup, 4x20 screws for fixing the arm to the frame, as well as extra nuts and screws (optional depending on the model).
