You will need a drill with a 29/64 inch (11.5 mm) drill bit, a Phillips screwdriver, a wrench (provided), and optionally a power tool. Wear safety glasses and gloves.

Does the kit contain everything needed to fix two posts?

Yes, the BB-6in-2 model includes two complete sets: two post bases, two square plates, two fixing brackets, 4 self-tapping screws H, 4 expansion sleeves, 4 washers, 8 heavy hex nuts K, and 16 self-tapping screws L, as well as a wrench.

What is the recommended drilling depth for the anchors?

The recommended drilling depth is 65 mm with a drill bit diameter of 29/64 inch (approx. 11.5 mm).

The product can be used in the existing concrete and wood floors, separating the wooden column from the ground water, effectively prevent the wooden column from water rot; corrosion is suitable for the need the wooden column, such as pavilion, pavilion, fence, pavilion, mailbox porch railing, deck bracket, etc

INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Mark 2 points on the ground through 2 holes at the Post Base E of the base; Drilling in the marking position using a 29 / 64" Drill Bit; T depth of the hole was 65 ~mm .

1. Install the 2 Serrated Expansion Sleeve I into the finished holes.

1. Align the post base E-base face to the serrated expansion sleeve I; 3.1. Place square gasket f inside the post base E, the through hole c square gasket f alignment serrated expansion sleeve I; 3.2. Pass self-tapping screw H through the washer J and lock it to set expansion sleeve I.

1. Place Support bracket G in post base E and cover the inner parts; wood into the cavity of post base E;

It is recommended that the wood square section is 0.1inch smaller th

cavity size.
