How to install the CW-3000 chiller?

Place the chiller on a flat, stable surface in a dry, well-ventilated area. Fill the water tank through the inlet up to the green level (80-100 mm from the edge). Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to your laser equipment. Plug in the power and turn on. Check for leaks.

What water to use in the chiller?

Use sealed circulation cooling water (e.g., demineralized or distilled water). For carbon steel equipment, add a corrosion inhibitor. In cold regions, use a non-corrosive antifreeze. Do not use untreated tap water to avoid limescale.

What to do if the red flow alarm light turns on?

The alarm indicates insufficient water flow. First check the water level in the tank: it should be in the green zone. If low, add water. Also check that the hoses are not kinked or blocked.

How to clean the air filter?

Unplug the unit. Remove the air intake grille and the anti-dust mesh. Wash the mesh with clean water and let it dry completely before reinstalling. Perform this operation regularly to ensure proper heat dissipation.

Can I use the chiller without water?

No, strictly prohibited. Operating without water will damage the pump and system. Always ensure the tank is filled before powering on.

Why is the fan not spinning?

The fan starts automatically when the water temperature reaches about 20°C and stops at about 10°C. If the temperature is low, the fan may be idle. This is normal for energy saving.

How to drain the water from the chiller?

For long periods of inactivity or before transport, open the drain plug (ejection port) located at the bottom of the tank. Let the water drain completely. Close the plug after draining.

What to do if the fuse blows?

Unplug the unit. Locate the fuse holder on the power connector. Open it and check the fuse. Replace it with a fuse of the same rating. If the problem persists, check the stability of the supply voltage.

What is the minimum distance around the device for ventilation?

Leave at least 30 cm of space around the device and ensure that the air intakes and outlets (rear wall) are at least 10 cm from any obstacle.

Can the chiller be used with an open reservoir?

No, the system requires a closed, sealed circuit. Use with an open basin or bucket is not suitable as circulation will not be properly ensured.

The CW-3000 refrigerator is designed according to the international advanced cooling system, suitable for laser engraving machines, CNC engraving machines, etc.

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

1. The integrated water spray sealed water tank can be used without maintenance for a long time, ensuring that the pipeline does not scale, so that laser equipment operates safely.
2. The integrated water spray sealed water tank can use water for a long time without dust, ensuring that the pipeline is not scaled, and making operation of the laser equipment safe.
3. Real-time display of temperature, accurate grasp of laser working status.
4. The water flow error alarm function can be output to protect the laser device in time.
5. Professional condenser, dual fan forced air cooling, strong heat dissipation, high efficiency, stable cooling effect.

It is strictly forbidden to plug in and operate the chiller without water supply. The chiller should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry environment, away from heat sources. Hold the device at least 30 cm away from obstacles, keeping the distance between the air inlet and the air outlet at least 10 cm from the rear wall of the freezer. If the chiller is to be out of service for a long time or before transportation, the water in the chiller must be drained. To protect the laser device, when the water temperature is around degrees Celsius, the fan will be suspended, and when the water temperature rises to 20 degrees Celsius, the fan will start working.

This device must not be used by a child or a person with physical, sensory, or mental impairments, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervision or instruction is given, and the child is not allowed to play with electrical appliances!

The circulating water of the water cooler must use a sealed container for normal use, such as laser tube cooling water. Unsealed containers that can circulate, such as water basins or buckets, cannot be used for circulating water cooling with water coolers.

PROCEDURE

Installing this industrial chiller is very simple.

The first installation of a new machine can be carried out by following steps:

	1.OPEN THE PACKAGE TO CHECK IF THE MACHINE IS FIXED AND ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES ARE COMPLETE.
	2.OPEN THE WATER SUPPLY INLET TO SUP COOLING WATER (DON'T SPILL THE WATER OUT!).Observe the water level gauge and add water taking care not to let the water overflow! For cooling of carbon steel equipment, an appropriate amount of cooling water additive (anti-corrosion aqua) should be added to the water. Users in regions should use non-corrosive antifreeze.
	3.CONNECT THE INLET AND OUTLET PIPES ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM CONDITIONS.
4.PLUG THE POWER CORD INTO THE POWER SUPPLY AND ON THE COOLER.The pump will work after turning on the chiller for the first time. be a lot of air bubbles inside the water pipes that will occasional alarm work.
