INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Transom launching wheel installation and operation:

1. Model E1 Transom launching wheels are made of aluminum alloy steel square tubes (Specification: 38*25mm). The pedestals are made of aluminum alloy steel plate (thickness: 3-4mm). Warm water containing lubricant or neutral cleaning agent shall be used for aluminum alloy maintenance; acidic or alkaline cleaning agents are not allowed. The screws and other fasteners are all made of 304L stainless steel material. The stainless steel material needs regular maintenance: rinse them with fresh water after use and apply anti-rust lubricating oil, etc.
2. This product is suitable for inflatable boats with a length of less than 4.5 meters. The screws provided are suitable for transoms with a thickness of 3 to 36 mm.
3. The wheel is a pneumatic wheel, not intended for highway use, and without bearings. It is suitable for short-distance use by manual dragging. Please do not use a car, motorcycle, or battery-powered car to drag it quickly, to prevent damage to the wheels.
4. Please add lubricating oil or lithium-based grease into the bearing hole and bushing regularly.
5. The recommended inflation pressure for the inflation wheel is 25 P.S.I. Do not inflate too quickly.

Transom launching wheel installation and operation instructions:

Tools needed: Ruler, Pencil, Electric portable drill, Drill bit (Φ6.5mm),

Sealing gum, Socket wrench (E1:10#) and Adjustable wrench (2 pcs, or Parallel-jaw pliers), rags, Lubricating oil or Lithium-based grease, etc.

Step 1: Elevate the boat transom. Place the transom launching wheel close to the transom, adjust the distance (up, down, left, and right) and make sure to find a suitable location for installation. Draw a horizontal line to ensure the balance of the two transom launching wheels after installation. The dimensions in the diagram are for reference only.

Step 2: Place the pedestal close to the horizontal line (drawn in Step 1). Adjust the distance for the pedestal (left and right). Mark the location of each hole with a marker or by drawing with compasses, then drill vertical holes with an electric portable drill. The drill bit diameter is about 6.5 mm. Drilling speed should be slow to prevent damage to the transom.

Step 3: Install the pedestal on the transom and tighten with screws.

Note: 1. To prevent water from entering the transom, use sealing gum on screws and holes; 2. When fixing the pedestal, place the stainless steel gaskets on the inner side of the transom.

Step 4: Install brackets and wheels on the completed pedestals with keys. Turn the bracket and the wheel up and down to check if the wheel is fine. To ensure the wheels turn flexibly, put lithium-based grease or lubricating oil inside the bearing hole before use.
