How to install the launching wheel on the transom?

Draw a horizontal line to balance both wheels. Place the pedestal near the line, mark and drill 8.5 mm vertical holes. Secure the pedestal with M8 screws, washers, and nuts. Apply sealing compound to the screws and holes. Then install the brackets and wheels using the cotter pin. Check that the wheels rotate freely after adding grease.

What type of tire is used? Is it inflatable?

The tire is rubber and it is inflatable. It is not intended for highway use.

What is the maximum load capacity?

What tools are needed for installation?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Step 1: Elevating the boat transom. Place the transom launching wheel A close to the transom, adjust the distance (up, down, left and right) and make sure it is in a suitable location for installation. Draw a horizontal line to ensure the balance of the two transom launching wheels after installation. The dimensions in the figure are only for reference.

Step 2: Place the pedestal C close to the horizontal line (drawn in step 1). Adjust the distance for the pedestal (left and right). Mark the location of each hole with a marker or mark the location of each hole by drawing with compasses and ruler, then vertically drill holes with an electric portable drill. The drill bit diameter is about 8.5mm. Drilling speed should be slow to prevent damage to the transom.

Step 3: Install the pedestal (the transom is tightened with screw I, washer F, and nut I and N). Note: 1. To prevent water from entering the transom, use sealing gum on both screws and holes; 2. When fixing the pedestal, the stainless steel gaskets are placed on the inner side of the transom.

Step 4: Install brackets D and wheels A on the completed pedestals C with pin key B. Turn the bracket D and the wheel up and check that the wheel is fitting well. In order to ensure the wheels turn flexibly, please put lithium-base grease or lubricating oil inside the bearing before use.

Notes for Model C Transom launching wheel installation and operation:

1. The brackets of the transom launching wheel are made of aluminum alloy square tubes (Specification: 30*30*3mm), the pedestals are made of aluminum alloy plate

(thickness: 3-4mm), the screws and so on are all made of 304L stainless steel material. The 304L stainless steel material needs regular maintenance. Rinse them with fresh water after use and apply anti-rust lubricating oil, etc.

1. This product is suitable for inflatable boats with a length of less than 4m. The screws provided are suitable for transom thickness of 36mm or less.
2. The wheel is an inflatable wheel, not for highway use, without bearing. It is suitable for short distance use by manual dragging. Please do not use a car, motorcycle, or battery car to drag fast, to prevent the wheels from being damaged.
3. Please add lubricating oil or lithium-base grease into the bearing hole and be sleeve regularly.
