How to install the mount on the TV?

Use the supplied vertical brackets and attach them to the back of the TV with M6x16 screws. Then, hang the TV on the vertical column of the mount. Tighten the screws at the bottom of the vertical bracket to secure.

How to reset the system if the indicator light stays on?

When the controller indicator light stays on continuously, press and hold the down button for more than 5 seconds. The column will start to shorten. Release when the light goes off, indicating the reset is complete.

What does error code Err1 on the controller mean?

Code Err1 indicates a problem with motor channel M1. Check that the motors are properly connected, the Hall board is plugged in, and the cables are not damaged. After correction, press the down button for more than 3 seconds to clear the error.

How to program a preset height?

Place the TV at the desired height, then press the M button to display 'SET'. Within 2 seconds, press one of the 1 to 4 keys to save that height. The display 'S-X' confirms the preset.

Does the mount work with a remote control?

Yes, a wireless remote control is provided. To pair it, power on the system, then within 3 seconds, press and hold the up button on the remote until you hear 4 long beeps and 3 short beeps. The remote is then synchronized.

Which power adapter to use?

Use only the supplied power adapter with an output of DC 29 V, 1.8 A. Do not use any other adapter to avoid electric shock or fire hazard.

What to do if the TV does not go up or down?

First check that the adapter is plugged in and the controller shows a height. If the light is off, press a direction button. If nothing happens, check the motor connections. If code Err appears, follow the error clearing procedure.

Is there obstacle protection?

Yes, the system detects sudden load changes and automatically performs a retraction operation to avoid injury or damage. This does not work in reset mode.

I. Function introduction

Intelligent single column controller has the following characteristics:

1. It can control two motors' output to achieve synchronous operation
2. Indicator light displays the fault, resetting;
3. Controlled by up and down buttons;
4. Wireless remote control(alternative).

II. System parameters

1.Fault code Err1
When the manual controller shows Er1, it's a fa Err1. It means there is something wrong with interface channel (see the following picture). Fc example motors are not connected in a positive Hall signal board is not connected; Paper line,

1.Preset target height quantity:

The system provides 4 groups of preset height storage

2.Preset target height data erasure:

The erasing function is not configured separately. When a new p is set, the system automatically erases the old parameter.

3.Preset target height operation method:

At any height (reset state, cannot perform this operation in error current height parameter can be preset to keys 1-4.
