What does error code Err1 on the controller mean?

Code Err1 indicates a problem with motor channel M1. Check that the motors are properly connected, the Hall board is plugged in, and the cables are not damaged. After correction, press the down button for more than 3 seconds to clear the error.

How to program a preset height?

Place the TV at the desired height, then press the M button to display 'SET'. Within 2 seconds, press one of the 1 to 4 keys to save that height. The display 'S-X' confirms the preset.

Does the mount work with a remote control?

Yes, a wireless remote control is provided. To pair it, power on the system, then within 3 seconds, press and hold the up button on the remote until you hear 4 long beeps and 3 short beeps. The remote is then synchronized.

Which power adapter to use?

Use only the supplied power adapter with an output of DC 29 V, 1.8 A. Do not use any other adapter to avoid electric shock or fire hazard.

What to do if the TV does not go up or down?

How to install the desk.

1. Connect two TV brackets (transverse) with TV bracket connecting rod.

1. Install frame to TV Mounting Seat with bolt +nut (Parts: 4pcs M8x16 Screws, 4pcs M8 Nuts).

1. Install base to lifting column (Parts: 4 pcs M6x12 screws).

1. Install TV mounting seat to lifting column with bolts (Parts: 4 pcs M6x12 screws).

1. Connect and fix the top plate with the 7-shaped pylon, and connect and fix it with the side face of its column pylon panel. (Parts: 4 pcs M6x12 screws, 4 pcs M6 nuts, 2 pcs M5x10 screws, 2 pcs M5 nuts).

1. Install the TV bracket (vertical) on the back of the TV with bolts. Then mount the TV on the upright column through the installed bracket. (Parts: 4 pcs M6x16 screws).

1. After the TV is installed, tighten the screws at the bottom of the TV rack.

I. Function introduction.

The intelligent single-column controller has the following characteristics:

1. It can control the output of two motors to achieve synchronous operation.
2. The indicator light displays faults and resetting.
3. Controlled by up and down buttons.
4. Wireless remote control (alternative).

The column may begin to shorten, and the speed could slow down. If there is any other damage during operation, stop immediately.

The column will rise 5~10mm after a short time when it reaches the point.

VII. Preset target height

1. Preset target height quantity:

The system provides 4 groups of preset height storage.

2. Preset target height data erasure:

The erasing function is not configured separately. When a new preset is set, the system automatically erases the old parameter.

3. Preset target height operation method:

At any height (reset state), this operation cannot be performed. The error current height parameter can be preset to keys 1-4.
