Operation safety

Please read all instructions before using this product

It is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this product are fully aware of all warnings and precautions.

• Do not use it if you are pregnant
• Please install strictly according to the instructions
• To ensure user safety, please check whether all screws and other connecting parts on the device are intact before each use
• Incorrect or excessive intensity exercise is not good for health. It is recommended to consult a doctor before exercising
• It is best to wear sportswear and sports shoes when exercising
• If you feel dizziness, vomiting or other adverse symptoms during exercise, you should stop training immediately.
  ● Note that all screws and nuts must be tightened before exercising
• Please do not exercise half an hour before /after meals or 1 hour before sleep
• Please make exercise plans.
  ● The user's weight cannot exceed 400lbs
• Excessive use by unskilled persons is prohibited.
• Please be careful not to pinch your fingers when unfolding or folding the product
• Please do a simple stretch before using the product.

Installation Steps

Step (1)

As shown in the picture: When you receive the goods, the bed is in a folded flat position. You need to stand the bed upright first, then remove straps, and stand on one side of the bed, grab the middle hinge axis with your hand, separate the bed frame, and unfold it flat.

Step (2)

Prepare accessories:①wooden poles x2⑨8X50 stainless steel screws x4,

⑩ stainless steel large washers ⑭ rope pulleys x2

First, ① align the hole on the wooden pole with the hole reserved on the bed frame,

put a⑨ large stainless steel gasket① on the 8X50 stainless steel screw , and then

align it⑩ with the hole on the wooden pole, ⑧dighten it with the 8X50

stainless steel screw. (Note: Do not tighten the 8X50 stainless steel screw first,

screw all 4⑨8X50 stainless steel screws into the hole, and then tighten them to

prevent the holes from being misaligned.)

Step (3)

Prepare accessories:⑲ rope pulley X2

First ⑲ unscrew the knob nut on the rope pulley, then take down a large stainless steel gasket, and then insert it into the long groove in the middle of the wooden pole, and then install the removed large stainless steel gasket and knob nut.

Prepare accessories:②shoulder pillow bakelite armrest x2

There are two round holes on the stainless steel plate of the shoulder rest. Just align them with the holes inside and screw them in.

Step (5)

Prepare accessories:③ shoulder pillow X2,⑫ 8X20 stainless steel screws X2,

⑳ M8 spring washers X21 M8 stainless steel flat washers X2

Align ③ the shoulder pillow with the square hole on the stainless steel plate of the shoulder pillow on the skateboard, and insert it from top to bottom. There is a reserved hole on the shoulder pillow. ①8X20 stainless steel screws to align ③ the reserved holes on the shoulder pillow under the shoulder pillow block to fasten it. (Under the shoulder pillow ②e M8 stainless steel flat washer ②0- M8 spring washers +⑫ 8X20 stainless steel screws)

Step (6)

Prepare accessories:⑤ springboard x1,⑥ pedal x1

There is a long slot on one side of the bed fram⑥ and footrest and

⑤ springboard are inserted into the long slot as needed.

(Note: When the springboard is in use, the stop bar should be adjusted to the rear of the springboard to serve as a support.)

When using the core be①⑦ the limit pin must be inserted into the slide rail before it can be used.

(foldable for storage)

After using the core bed, when you want to fold it up and store it, you need to adjust the armrest (1 as shown in the figure) to a position close to the sliding bed.

A person stands on one side of the bed, grabs the middle hinge axis with his hand (2 as shown in the figure), and lifts it up until the bed is upright, then straps straps around the bed and tightens it.

⑱ After the straps are wrapped tightly around the bed, there are movable wheels under the bed, which can be used to push the bed to move
