INSTRUCTIONS

1、Product introduction

This product is a kind of electric small cable recovery stripping machine, the machine adopts aluminum body, the motor is aluminum shell DC carbon brush motor, the machine structure is light, delicate, beautiful, easy to carry, easy to operate. Suitable for families, small repair shops, electronics enthusiasts, etc., the machine is used to quickly and efficiently strip the outer skin of wires and cables, and recycle bare copper wires or aluminum wires and plastic of the outer skin.

4.SMS-002 Instruction

(1) Select the corresponding wire entry hole according to the diameter of the wire (as shown in the figure below)

(2): The center of the blade edge must be collinear with the center of the V-groove (the groove formed between two rolling gear) when stripping. shown below)

(4): When stripping the wire, adjust the height of the wire entry plate according to the thickness of the wire (thick wire and hard wire gene need to put the wire entry hole to a high profile, while soft wire and should put the wire entry hole down), so that the wire is not easy to eccentric when stripping the wire.

(5): When the diameter of the wire to be processed is ≤ 20mm

It is not necessary loose the gear when the diameter of the wire to be processe is ≤20mm

(6)When the wire diameter exceeds 20mm

It is necessary to loose the gear when the diameter of the wire to be processe exceeds 20mm

5、 Attention

1 Safe operation

When operating the mini cable recycling manual stripping machine, be sure to wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles, to protect yourself. Avoid direct contact with blades to prevent scratches or cuts.

2 Scope of application

This stripping machine is only suitable for stripping cable sheath, not suitable for stripping other materials. Do not use it to peel rubber, plastic, or other non-cable materials.

3 Cleaning and maintenance

Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply during cleaning and maintenance!

After use, please clean the stripping machine in time to remove residual cable skin and debris. Store the stripping machine in a dry, ventilated place to avoid rust or damage to the blades.

4 Compliance with regulations

Strictly follow the operating procedures in this manual to avoid equipment damage or personal injury caused by illegal operation.

6、Troubleshooting

If the stripping machine fails to strip the wire during the stripping process, there may be several reasons:

(i) The diameter of the stripped wire is too small (the diameter of the wire to be treated shall not be less than 1.5mm including the outer skin)
(ii) The center of the blade and the center of the V-groove formed by the two rolling gear are not on a line
(iii) If the blade edge is not sharp, replace it with a new blade.

Do not put your hand into the machine when it is running (be sure to stop the machine first, press the stop button and then check and debug and troubleshoot the machine). Do not touch the cutting edge directly with your hand to avoid cutting the handle.

(iii)If the motor cannot start normally, first cut off the power supply, and then turn out the fuse as shown in the figure below to check whether the fuse is normal. If burned, please replace the fuse with the same specifications.
(iiiii) Abnormal operation of equipment, may be internal parts of the equipment damaged or loose. Please check the connection of each part of the equipment, if loose or damaged, please repair or replace in time.
