INSTRUCTIONS

1. Product introduction

This product is a kind of electric small cable recovery stripping machine. The machine adopts an aluminum body, and the motor is an aluminum shell DC carbon brush motor. The machine structure is light, delicate, beautiful, easy to carry, and easy to operate. Suitable for families, small repair shops, electronics enthusiasts, etc. The machine is used to quickly and efficiently strip the outer skin of wires and cables, and recycle bare copper wires or aluminum wires and plastic of the outer skin.

4. SMS-002 Instruction

(1) Select the corresponding wire entry hole according to the diameter of the wire (as shown in the figure below).

(2) The center of the blade edge must be collinear with the center of the V-groove (the groove formed between two rolling gears) when stripping (as shown below).

(3) Adjust the height of the blade so that the blade can cut the wire without damaging the copper core (as shown in the figure below).

(4) When stripping the wire, adjust the height of the wire entry plate according to the thickness of the wire (thick wire and hard wire generally need to put the wire entry hole to a high profile, while soft wire and thin wire should put the wire entry hole down), so that the wire is not easy to become eccentric when stripping.

(5): When the diameter of the wire to be processed is ≤ 20 mm

1. Safe operation

6. Troubleshooting

If the stripping machine fails to strip the wire during the stripping process, there may be several reasons:

(i) The diameter of the stripped wire is too small (the diameter of the wire to be treated shall not be less than 1.5 mm including the outer skin) (ii) The center of the blade and the center of the V-groove formed by the two rolling gear are not on a line (iii) If the blade edge is not sharp, replace it with a new blade.

Do not put your hand into the machine when it is running (be sure to stop the machine first, press the stop button and then check and debug and troubleshoot the machine). Do not touch the cutting edge directly with your hand to avoid cutting the handle.

(iii) If the motor cannot start normally, first cut off the power supply, and then turn out the fuse as shown in the figure below to check whether the fuse is normal. If burned, please replace the fuse with the same specifications. (iiiii) Abnormal operation of equipment, may be internal parts of the equipment damaged or loose. Please check the connection of each part of the equipment, if loose or damaged, please repair or replace in time.
