1. Mini cable recycling manual stripping machine is a mechanical device specially designed for stripping waste wires and cables. Compact structure, easy to operate, suitable for families, small repair shops, electronic enthusiasts and other occasions of small-scale cable recycling work. Through manual operation, the cable sheath can be quickly and effectively stripped to expose the internal metal conductor, which is convenient for subsequent recovery and processing.

1. Operation Preparation

Before operating the Mini Cable Recovery Manual Stripper, make sure you have read and understood this manual. Check whether the various parts of the stripping machine are intact, especially whether the blade is sharp. If worn or damaged, please replace it in time. 2. Adjust the blade

4. Manual peeling

Hold the handle of the stripping machine and rotate it slowly to insert the cable into the middle of the inlet so that the blade cuts into the cable sheath. Continue rotating the handle until the cable sheath is completely cut. Then, remove the cut cable jacket, exposing the inner metal conductor. Note: When stripping cables with wire diameter ≤ 5mm , it is necessary to install a pressure plate. When stripping diameter greater than 5mm cable, need to remove the pressure plate, and to fix the machine. Operate as shown below.
