INSTRUCTIONS
1. Product profile
- Mini cable recycling manual stripping machine is a mechanical device specially designed for stripping waste wires and cables. Compact structure easy to operate, suitable for families, small repair shops, electronic enthusiasts and other occasions of small-scale cable recycling work. Through manual operation, the cable sheath can be quickly and effectively stripped to expose the internal metal conductor, which is convenient for subsequent recovery and processing.

1. Operation Preparation
Before operating the Mini Cable Recovery Manual Stripper, make su you have read and understood this manual.Check whether the various parts of the stripping machine are intact, especially whether the blade sharp, if worn or damaged, please replace it in time.At the same time ensure that the work area is clean and tidy to avoid debris interfering operations.
2. Adjust the blade
As shown in the figure below, adjust the blade spacing and strippir depth of the stripping machine according to the diameter and material the cable to be stripped. Smaller cables use smaller spacing and depth and larger cables use larger spacing and depth. Ensure that the blade accurately into the cable sheath while avoiding damage to the inner conductors.

Fix the cable to be stripped in the center of the gear of the stripping machine to ensure that the cable does not slip or shake. This helps ensure stability and accuracy of the peeling process.
4. Manual peeling
Hold the handle of the stripping machine and rotate it slowly to insert the cable into the middle of the inlet so that the blade cuts into the cable sheath. Continue rotating the handle until the cable sheath is completely cut. Then, remove the cut cable jacket, exposing the inner metal conductor. Note: When stripping cables with wire diameter ≤ 5mm , it is necessary to install a pressure plate. When stripping diameter greater than 5mm cable, need to remove the pressure plate, and to fixed the machine. Operate as shown below.

Repeat as necessary until stripping of all cables is completed.
3. Attention
1. Safe operation
When operating the mini cable recycling manual stripping machine, be sure to wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles, to protect yourself. Avoid direct contact with blades to prevent scratches or cuts.
2. Scope of application
This stripping machine is only suitable for stripping cable sheath, not suitable for stripping other materials. Do not use it to peel rubber, plastic, or other non-cable materials.
3. Cleaning and maintenance
After use, please clean the stripping machine in time to remove residual cable skin and debris. Store the stripping machine in a dry, ventilated place to avoid rust or damage to the blades.
4. Compliance with regulations
Strictly follow the operating procedures in this manual to avoid equipment damage or personal injury caused by illegal operation.
4. Troubleshooting
1. Poor performance
It could be worn blades or improper adjustment. Check the blade cond and replace it with a new one if necessary. At the same time, readjust blade spacing and stripping depth to ensure that the stripping effect is the requirements.
2. Abnormal operation of equipment
It may be that the internal parts of the equipment are damaged or loose. Please check the connection of each part of the equipment, if I or damaged, please repair or replace in time.
