GENERAL
PRECAUTIONS
General precautions during the use of electrical equipment
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- Place the appliance on even and flat surface.
- This product is designed for indoor domestic, non-industrial and non-commercial use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems with the appliance and may cause injury to the user.
- The unit must only be used for its intended purpose. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from improper use or incorrect handling.
- Make sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance. • Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.
- It is necessary to supervise when any electrical appliance is being used by or near children.
- Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down.
- The device is not completely disconnected from the power supply, even after it has been switched off. To disconnect it completely, unplug it from the mains socket.
- The appliances are not designed to be operated by an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; • bed and breakfast type environments

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury
- Do not leave the appliance unattended.
- Do not place or use this appliance near water sources.
- Do not place or use the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., hotplates) or open flames.
- Never use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
- To avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging the appliance.
- Never immerse the appliance or the plug-in water or any other liquid. Should the appliance fall into water, disconnect it immediately from the mains and take it to an authorised service centre for repair before using it again.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In the event of damage to the cord, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
- If the power lead is damaged, it must be replaced by a special or similar lead available from the supplier or after-sales department.
- In case of malfunction of the appliance, or if it has been damaged in any way, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Make sure the appliance never comes into contact with inflammable materials, such as curtains, clothes, etc.

Restrictions on use when used with children and elders
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory, or mental capabilities are impaired, or by persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they have had the benefit of prior supervision and instruction in using the device from a person responsible for their safety.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the user must not be carried out by children unless they are over 8 years of age and supervised. Children must not play with the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Children should be kept away from the appliance unless they are under constant supervision.
⚠️ Instructions to follow when using the appliance
- If you observe that there is a crack on the heating plate, the power supply should be switched off immediately.
- The appliance is designed only for heating and cooking food and must be used only when cooking utensils are placed on it.
- The power socket must be easy to reach so the plug can be removed quickly in case of emergency.
- Never use the appliance outside and always keep it in a dry environment.
- Allow it to cool down before inserting or removing parts and before cleaning the appliance.
- Keep it away from flammable goods.
- Non-professional staff are not allowed to make alterations, dismantle, or repair the lunch box.
- Do not place it on an unstable or moist environment, otherwise it may be damaged or fail.
- Putting the product into a high-temperature disinfector for disinfection is prohibited.
- Putting the product into a microwave oven for heating is forbidden.
- Putting the product into a refrigerator is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to use electric dry heating with food for a long time.
- Never leave the appliance exposed outdoors to the weather elements (rain, sun, etc.).
- Never operate the appliance while there is no food inside it.
- This appliance is designed for HOME USE ONLY and may not be used for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Never wrap foods in film or plastic, as this could damage the appliance as well as being a potential fire hazard.
- Only use this appliance to heat foods.
- Never cover the insides of the appliance with foil, as there is a risk of serious damage to its operation.
- Never transport or move the appliance while it is connected to the mains electricity.
- In the event that you decide to dispose of the appliance, make it inoperative by cutting off the power cord.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE IF THE SURFACE IS CRACKED.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Home-use Electric Lunch Box
- Before use, wash and dry the lunch box containers. Then put the food into the container. Insert the lunch box container into the lunch box, then cover the containers with container cover and close the lid.
- Plug in the device to AC220V voltage, then press the "Power button" position to "—".
- Power indicator lights up in orange colour and the device starts heating the food.
Car-use Electric Lunch Box
- Before use, wash and dry the lunch box containers. Then put the food into the container. Insert the lunch box container into the lunch box, then cover the containers with container cover and close the lid.
- Plug in the device to DC12V voltage, then press the "Power button" position to "—".
- Power indicator lights up in yellow colour and the device starts heating the food.
Note: The heating time depends on food quantity and its initial temperature. Generally, 25-40 minutes are enough. At low temperature, i.e., refrigerated food, heating time can increase.
- Unplug the device before enjoying the meal.
⚠ WARNING: in order not to damage the device, press the air valve with your fingertip to open when operating.
NOTE: THE CONTAINER IS NOT HERMETIC
The Power button setting to "0" means no work, the power is 0 W.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The plug must be unplugged after use.
- Should be cleaned immediately after every single use to avoid any kind of smell.
- Do not use the petrol, cleanser powder, hard brush, stainless steel wire ball to clean the electric lunch box.
- It is allowed to put a little warm water to clean inside or use the soft warm cloth to wipe it.
- If you are no going to use the lunchbox for long period, please clean it, pack in the gift box and keep it In a dry place to avoid getting damaged.
- In case of any issue or problems with the lunch boxes, make sure to contact with technical service centre. Do not try to repair it yourself.
