How to use the SS-11960 electric lunch box?

Wash and dry the containers. Place the food in the container, insert it into the box, close the lid with the lock. Plug the appliance into a 220-240 V socket. The indicator light turns on. Wait 25 to 40 minutes depending on the quantity and initial temperature. Unplug before opening.

How to clean the appliance?

Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Clean the interior with a soft, warm cloth. You can pour a little hot water. Never use gasoline, cleaning powder, hard brush or steel wool. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Can I put the box in the microwave?

No, it is strictly forbidden to place the product in a microwave oven. This could damage the appliance and cause a fire hazard.

Can I put the box in the refrigerator?

No, it is forbidden to put the product in the refrigerator. The appliance is not designed for cold and could be damaged.

What to do if the appliance does not heat?

PRECAUTIONS

General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
• Place the appliance on even and flat surface.
• This product is designed for indoor domestic, non-industrial and non-commercial use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems with the appliance and may cause injury to the user.
• The unit must only be used for its intended purpose. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from improper use or incorrect handling.
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
  • Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.
• It is necessary to supervise when any electrical appliance is being used by or near children.
• Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down.
• The device is not completely disconnected from the power supply, even after it has been switched off. To disconnect it completely, unplug it from the mains socket.
• The appliances are not designed to be operated by an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury

- Do not leave the appliance unattended.

- Do not place or use this appliance near water sources.

- Do not place or use the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., hotplates) or open flames.

• Never transport or move the appliance while it is connected to the ma-ins electricity

• In the event that you decide to dispose of the appliance, make it inoperative by cutting off the power cord.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Before use, wash and dry the containers. Then put the food into it. Insert it into the lunch box, then, fasten down the lunch box lid to the lunch box.
2. Plug in the device.
3. Power indicator lights up and the device starts heating the food
   Note: The heating time depends on food quantity and its initial temperature. Generally, 25-40 minutes are enough. At low temperature, i.e. refrigerated food, heating time can increase.
4. Unplug the device before removing the food. WARNING: in order not to damage the device, press the air valve with your fingertip to open when operating.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. The plug must be unplugged after use.
2. Should be cleaned immediately after every single use to avoid any kind of smell.
3. Do not use the petrol, cleanser powder, hard brush, stainless steel wire ball to clean the electric lunch box.
4. It is allowed to put a little warm water to clean inside or use the soft warm cloth to wipe it.
5. If you are no going to use the lunchbox for long period, please clean it, pack in the gift box and keep it In a dry place to avoid getting damaged.
6. In case of any issue or problems with the lunch boxes, make sure to contact with technical service centre. Do not try to repair it yourself.
