INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

The device is delivered as a complete set with power supply unit and all necessary accessories. The float is delivered pre-assembled. If the float is not installed, follow the installation instructions below:

AIR ACTIVE OxyFlow

The device is delivered with LED lighting. To remove the lighting, turn the light with one of the three edges on the transparent cover until it is flush with the small gap on the float and carefully push the light down and out of the float (light pressure must be sufficient, do not use force! Under certain circumstances it may be necessary to move the parts of the float a little, this makes it easier to install and remove the lights). If not all lights are pre-assembled, first check whether all sealing caps are screwed on. Carefully insert the lights one after the other from bottom to top into the openings provided in the float (also note the position of the edges in the lid). Then mount the pump housing with the pump on the float. To do this, insert the housing with the pump rotor up into the float. Secure the pump housing with the three long retaining pins (screws). Connect the cable of the pump motor with the connector of the control. Put the assembled aerator in its intended position in the pool and fix it with the supplied cord. It is important that the aerator is secured on at least two opposite sides. Finally, connect the lighting lead to the transformer supplied. As soon as all preparations have been made and the aerator is immersed in the pool, it can be put into operation.

Watch the aerator running for about 30 minutes and check for unusual noises and steady flow of water. If the aerator does not run properly for more than 30 minutes, there is a fault and must be remedied.

IMPORTANT: The pump motor can be varied by controlling from level 0 - 100 using the triangular buttons. After releasing the button, the control shows the current power consumption (watt). The last set power level is retained even after disconnection from the power supply. Operation via a timer is therefore possible without any problems.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning and servicing, ensure that the device is switched off and unplugged from the power source.

The filter housing and the impeller must be cleaned at regular intervals. The cleaning interval depends heavily on the degree of soiling. The degree of pollution can vary significantly from water to water. To clean the housing and the motor, first remove the ventilator float (loosen the three long retaining pins). Open the filter basket by turning the basket counterclockwise. To clean the rotor and the internal parts, also remove the corresponding screws. The rotor can then easily be pulled out of the liner and cleaned. Do not use any sharp-edged objects such as Steel brushes, use a soft sponge instead. Stubborn dirt such as Limescale deposits are best removed with premiumcare PUMP CLEANSER pump cleaner. If there is sufficient flow, the pump is cooled by the water. Always make sure that the pump works against as little resistance as possible. If the

flow rate is reduced (e.g. hose diameter too small, ball valve in the line, delivery height too high, contamination, etc.) the operating temperature rises significantly. From 55 degrees Celsius, more lime is deposited on the pump motor. In the worst case, this layer of lime-scale becomes so thick that the rotor runs very stiffly, blocks and the motor burns out. Damage caused by soiling and calcification is excluded from the guarantee. The user has to maintain and clean the pump properly depending on the amount of dirt and limescale.

WEAR PARTS

The pump may only be used in water when it is submerged. The pump must not run dry. The dry run leads to rapid wear and tear and damages the pump in the long term. Use in polluted water with solids and particles also leads to premature wear and has a negative impact on the service life of the pump. Algae or others plants that wrap around the filter basket and can quickly clog it lead to reduced water flow and increased wear. We recommend operating the device exclusively in bodies of water without plants, or to ensure that no plants can be sucked in. Wear parts are excluded from the guarantee. Appropriate cleaning and care reduce wear and tear on the device.

REPAIR

The power supply unit and the LED lighting cannot be repaired if the cables or the housing are damaged and must therefore be replaced. If you have any questions or problems, please contact a qualified electrician or your specialist dealer for your own safety.

STORAGE

If frost is expected, the device must be taken out of service and dismantled. First clean the device as described under Cleaning and Maintenance. The device can be stored dry or wet. If the device is to be stored dry, it is important that all components, including the internal engine parts, are completely dry. Set when stored wet Place the cleaned aerator in a container filled with fresh tap water.

Make sure that the container is set up frost-free.

DISPOSAL

The device must be disposed of in accordance with national legal regulations. This device must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Make the device unusable by cutting the cable and dispose of it via the return system provided.

If the device contains light sources, they must be disposed of using the return system provided for this purpose.

Ask your specialist dealer.
