Safety instructions for the user
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS General precautions during the use of electrical equipment
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors. • Always place the appliance on a flat and even surface.
- This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
- The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the name-plate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
- Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
- Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down.
- The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.
- The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments;
- Catering and similar non-retail applications.

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury
- Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.
- Do not place or operate the appliance and its power cord on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates) or open flames.
- Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot objects and flames. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Neither immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements in water, nor rinse it under the tap.
- Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
- When you want to remove the plug from the wall contact, please do this at the plug itself and not by pulling on the cable or the appliance itself.
- To avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging.
- Do not use the device with wet hands, on damp floors or when the atmosphere is humid there is a risk of electric shock.
- While using the appliance, make sure that the power cord must not be caught or crushed.
- Do not let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet to protect against risk of electric shock.
- Be careful, while handling electrical appliances, as the surface of the heating element is subject to residual heat after use. Any misuse may cause potential injury to the user and may damage the appliance.
- Do not touch the outer surface of the appliance as it can get very hot during operation. Instead, use the handle or mitts.
- Never immerse the appliance or the plug-in water or any other liquid. In the event of the appliance falling in water, disconnect immediately from the mains supply and take it to an authorized service agent for repair before reusing.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged. In case of the cord be damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid Hazard.
- In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.

Restrictions on use when used with children and elders
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not allow children to use the appliance.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance
- The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise the blades might get blunt.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
- Never remove the lid until the blades have stopped completely.
- This appliance is designed to process small quantities. Do not exceed the quantities indicated in these instructions for use.

WARNING: The blades are very sharp!
- Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while in function.
- Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.
- Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.
- Keep hands and utensils out of container while chopping to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when the chopper is not running.
- The unit is equipped with a security function. The unit can only be switched on if the jug is put on the motor base properly. If the unit cannot be switched on, pull the power cable and check the connec-
tion between jug and motor base.
- CAUTION: Do not operate the unit when empty.
- CAUTION: Maximum time of food processing should not exceed 40 sec. of continuous use. In case need to use again, give a pause of 2 minutes.
- To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
- A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE FIRST USE
- The blades are covered with a plastic cover to avoid any type of cut injury, so make sure to remove the plastic cover before operating the chopper.
- Before every single use, clean the bowl, blades and top cover.
- Dismount the main motor and top cover and put the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the blades in the blade supporter / shaft.
- Please make sure that the blades are on the blade supporter after filling the bowl with the foods.
- Place the top cover, and then the motor unit, and make sure they are in the correct position.
- Plug the switch into the wall outlet and make sure that the plug rating and wall outlet voltage are the same.
- Hold the motor unit with your hand, press the button to start and release the button to stop the chopper. Tips: To ensure long-lasting use, do not operate the chopper for more than 40 seconds at a time, and allow a 120-second rest before using it again.
- After releasing the switch, do not remove the motor unit immediately. Wait until the blade stops rotating, then unplug from the power outlet and remove the motor unit.
- The blades are very sharp. To avoid any injury or harm, first remove the blades, then take out the food with a spatula or spoon.

Caution: To avoid deformation or leakage of the bowl, do not pour water or any liquid with a temperature higher than 70°C.
- Non-slip rubber pad: This unit is equipped with a bottom non-slip rubber pad for added stability. Make sure to place the bowl on the rubber pad before using the appliance.
- Garlic peeler attachment: When peeling garlic, use this attachment to fit it onto the shaft (in place of the stainless steel blades).
OPERATIONAL PROCESS
- Place the non-slip rubber pad on the bottom of the stainless-steel bowl.
- Place the stainless-steel bowl on a flat surface.
- Remove the blade protective sleeve and cover, and place the blade assembly on the blade shaft in the bowl.
- Add ingredients to the bowl, and pay attention to the processing guide.
- Cut large pieces of food into 1-2cm pieces.
- Do not chop very hard food, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate, otherwise the blade will be damaged.
- Install the stainless-steel bowl cover on the bowl.
- Install the motor unit.
- Plug in the plug and press the speed buttons.
- This machine can be run with 2 speeds.
I: Low speed: for soft food, press low speed.
II: High speed: for hard food, press high speed.
Speed can be chosen as per choice and requirement.
Note: If the motor runs slowly, remove some ingredients and continue to process them for many times. In case need stop the motor and let it cool down.
- Unplug the appliance and remove accessories after use.

PRECAUTIONS WHILE USING THE CHOPPER
NOTE: To obtain a good result, do not put more meat than the Max. sign indicated inside the bowl.
- Do not connect multiple appliances to a single socket, as this can cause electric shock.
- Please do not use metallic objects to remove food from the bowl.
- To avoid any risk of electric shock or leakage, always remove the plug from the socket.
- This appliance cannot be used to process hard food, such as: meat with bones, coffee beans, black pepper, Chinese prickly ash, or ice cubes.
- Before putting in the ingredients, make sure that the blades are in the correct position. If the blade does not move quickly within a few seconds, pull out the plug and check whether there is any obstacle. Remove any obstacle if there is one, and in case of extra ingredients, take out the extra ingredients.
- Blades are very sharp. Please do not touch the blade directly with your hand; hold the blade by its arbor while taking it out of the bowl.
- Never use for more than 40 seconds continuously. After using it for 40 seconds, rest for about 2 minutes and then start working again. After completing 3 cycles of 40 seconds with 2-minute rests, stop using it for at least 15 minutes. Wait for the motor to cool down and then start working again.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- After every use, please remove the power cord from the power outlet.
- To avoid any harm or injury from getting cut by the blades, please wear gloves when disassembling.
- Always assemble the blade with the knife set after cleaning and drying.
- All accessories can be washed in soapy water or dishwashing liquid. To protect against scratching the bowl, do not use a metal scraper.
- Never immerse the motor unit or put it under running water. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge.
- If not using for a long time, please store this machine in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent the motor from getting damp and going mouldy.
Do not clean the motor unit in a dishwasher.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquids.
Clean the surface of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth.
Caution: the blades are very sharp; extreme caution should be taken while cleaning the inside of the bowl.

- Hold the motor unit with your hand, press the start button and release the button to stop the chopper.

- The blades are covered with a plastic cap to prevent injuries from cutting, so be sure to remove the plastic cap before using the chopper.
- Before each use, clean the bowl, blades, and top cover.
- Disassemble the main motor and top cover, then place the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the blades into the blade holder/shaft.
- Make sure the blades are correctly placed on the holder after filling the bowl with food.
- Place the top cover, then the motor, and check that they are in the correct position.
- Plug the device into an outlet and check that the rated value of the plug and the voltage in the outlet are the same.
- Hold the motor unit with your hand, press the start button and release the button to stop the chopper. Tip: To ensure long-term use of the chopper, do not use it for more than 40 seconds and give it a rest of 120 seconds before using it again.
- After releasing the switch, do not immediately remove the motor unit. Wait for the blades to come to a complete stop, then unplug the appliance and remove the motor.
- The blades are very sharp. To avoid any injuries, first remove the blades, then remove the food with the help of a spatula or spoon.

- Non-slip rubber base: This appliance is equipped with a non-slip rubber base for better stability. Before using the appliance, check that the bowl is placed on the rubber base.
- Garlic peeling attachment: When peeling garlic, use this attachment to place it on the shaft (instead of the SS blades).
OPERATING PROCESS
- Place the non-slip rubber base on the bottom of the stainless steel bowl.
- Place the stainless steel bowl on a flat surface.
- Remove the protective sleeve and cover from the blade, then place the blade assembly onto the shaft in the bowl.
- Add ingredients to the bowl, following the processing instructions.
- Cut large pieces of food into pieces of 1-2 cm.
- Do not chop very hard foods, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices, or chocolate, as this could damage the blades.
- Place the stainless steel lid on the bowl.
- Place the motor.
- Plug in and press the speed buttons.
- This machine can operate at 2 speeds:
I: Low speed: for softer foods, press the low speed.
II: High speed: for harder foods, press the high speed.
