What is the maximum capacity for chopping meat?

The maximum capacity is 800 g of meat (pork or beef) per batch. Cut the meat into 1 to 2 cm pieces and remove tendons, bones, and skin.

Can I chop ice cubes or coffee beans?

No, this appliance is not designed for very hard foods such as ice cubes, coffee beans, spices, or chocolate. This could damage the blades.

How long can I use the appliance continuously?

Do not exceed 40 seconds of continuous use. Let it rest for 2 minutes between cycles. After 3 cycles, let it rest at least 15 minutes to cool the motor.

How to safely clean the blades?

The blades are very sharp. Wear gloves when disassembling. Wash them with soapy water using a sponge, never in the dishwasher. Always hold by the central axis to avoid cuts.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors. • Always place the appliance on a flat and even surface.
• This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial and only for household use. Do not use the item outdoors or for any other purpose. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• The unit must be used only for the intended purposes. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the name-plate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use. Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near children.
• Before cleaning or storing your appliance, always unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down.
• The device is not completely disconnected from the power source, even after it has been turned off. To disconnect it completely, disconnect it from the mains plug.

Instructions to follow when using the appliance

• The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise the blades might get blunt.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
• Never remove the lid until the blades have stopped completely.
• This appliance is designed to process small quantities. Do not exceed the quantities indicated in these instructions for use.

WARNING: The blades are very sharp!

- Avoid contacting moving parts of the appliance while in function.

- Turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before changing accessories or approaching movable parts in use.

- Care must be taken when handling the sharp blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

- Do not connect the appliance to the mains until it is completely assembled and always disconnect the appliance before disassembling or handling the blade.

- Keep hands and utensils out of the container while chopping to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when the chopper is not running.

- The unit is equipped with a security function. The unit can only be switched on if the jug is put on the motor base properly. If the unit cannot be switched on, pull the power cable and check the connec-

tion between jug and motor base.

• CAUTION: Do not operate the unit when empty.
• CAUTION: Maximum time of food processing should not exceed 40 sec. of continuous use. In case need to use again, give a pause of 2 minutes. • To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• A short power supply cord is provided with this product. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord must be at least as great as that of the product.
• Arrange the extension cord so that it does not hang where it can be tripped over or pulled unintentionally.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. The blades are covered with a plastic cover to avoid any type of cut injury, so make sure to remove the plastic cover before operating the chopper.
2. Before every single use, clean the bowl, blades, and top cover.
3. Dismount the main motor and top cover and put the ingredients into the bowl.
4. Place the blades in the blade supporter / shaft.
5. Please make sure that the blades are on the blade supporter after filling the bowl with the foods.
6. Place the top cover, and then the motor unit, and make sure they are in correct position.
7. Plug in the switch to the wall outlet and make sure that the plug rating and wall outlet voltage be the same.
8. Hold the motor unit with your hand, press the button to start and release the button to stop functioning of the chopper. Tips: In order to make full use for a long period of the chopper do not use it more than 40 sec. and give 120 sec. rest before to use again.
9. After releasing the switch, do not remove the motor unit immediately. Wait until the blade stops rotating, then unplug from the power outlet and remove the motor unit.
10. The blades are very sharp. To avoid any injury or harm, first remove the blades, then take out the food with the help of a spatula or spoon.

Caution: To avoid deformation or leakage of the bowl, do not pour water or any liquid with a temperature higher than 70°C.

1. Non-slip rubber pad: This unit is equipped with a non-slip rubber pad on the bottom for stability. Make sure to place the bowl on the rubber pad before using the appliance.

Digital display: This unit features a digital display that shows the operating time. It tracks the duration the unit has been in use. However, we recommend using the appliance for a maximum of 40 seconds, followed by a 120-second pause to ensure optimal performance.

OPERATIONAL PROCESS

1. Place the non-slip rubber pad on the bottom of the stainless-steel bowl.
2. Place the stainless-steel bowl on a flat surface.
3. Remove the blade protective sleeve and cover, and place the blade assembly on the blade shaft in the bowl.
4. Add ingredients to the bowl, and pay attention to the processing guide.

- Cut large pieces of food into 1-2 cm pieces.

- Do not chop very hard food, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices, or chocolate, otherwise the blade will be damaged.

2. Install the motor unit.
3. Plug in the plug and press the speed buttons.
4. This machine can be run with 2 speeds.

I: Low speed: for soft food, press low speed.

II: High speed: for hard food, press high speed.

Speed can be chosen as per choice and requirement.

Note: If the motor runs slowly, remove some ingredients and continue to process them for many times. In case need to stop the motor and let it cool down.

PRECAUTIONS WHILE USING THE CHOPPER

NOTE: To obtain a good result, do not put the meat more than Max. Sign indicated inside the Bowl.

1. Do not connect multiple appliances into a single socket, by connecting so it can produce an electric shock.
2. Please do not use metallic objects to remove the food from the bowl.
3. To avoid any type of risk of electric shock or leakage, always remove the plug from the socket.
4. This appliance cannot be used to process hard food, such as: meat with bones, coffee beans, black pepper, Chinese prickly ash or ice cubes.
5. Before putting the ingredients, make sure that the blades are in the correct position. If the blade does not move quickly within a few seconds, pull out the plug and check whether there is any obstacle. Remove the obstacle if there is any, and in case of extra ingredients, take out the extra ingredients.
6. Blades are very sharp. Please do not touch the blade directly with your hand. Hold from the arbour of the blade while taking it out of the bowl.
7. Never use more than 40 seconds continuously. After using it for 40 seconds, rest about 2 minutes and then start working again. After completing 3 cycles of 40 seconds with a rest of 2 minutes, stop using it for at least 15 minutes. Wait for the motor to cool down and then start working again.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. After every use, please remove the power cord from the power outlet.
2. In order to avoid any harm or injury from getting cut by the blades, please wear gloves to disassemble.
3. Always assemble the blade with the knife set after cleaning and drying.
4. All accessories can be washed in soapy water or in dishwashing liquid. To protect against scratching the bowl, do not use a metal scraper.
5. Never immerse the motor unit or put it under running water. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge.
6. If not using for a long time, please store this machine in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent the motor from getting damp and going mouldy.

Do not clean the motor unit in a dishwasher.

Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquids.

Clean the surface of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth.

Caution: the blades are very sharp; extreme caution should be taken while cleaning the inside of the bowl.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING
