SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- The appliance is designed for household use only. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any accidents caused by the misuse of this appliance or by failure to adhere to the safety instructions provided in this manual.
- Packaging materials, such as bags, polyethylene, and polystyrene, pose a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach of children during and after unpacking.
- Do not expose the appliance to rain or humidity, and do not use it outdoors. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with physical, mental or sensory handicaps, or by persons inexperienced or unfamiliar with the appliance, unless under supervision or in accordance with the instructions as communicated to them by persons responsible for their safety.
- Do not allow children to clean and maintain the appliance unless they are 8 years or older and are supervised by a competent person.
- Do not use the power cord as a handle. Do not place the power cord in door gaps or rout it around corners or sharp edges. Do not run the vacuum cleaner over the power cord, as this
can damage the cord and pose a safety hazard
- If the power cord shows any signs of damage, immediately discontinue use of the appliance.

- Do not leave an operating appliance unattended.
- This appliance is not designed for: vacuuming liquids, including water and solvents, construction dust and debris such as lime or cement ash, or hot objects such as unextinguished cigarette butts and glass fragments.
- Keep your hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other body parts away from the openings and moving parts of the appliance.
Always unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power supply before cleaning, attaching or removing accessories, or when not in use. - When unplugging from the power supply, always grasp the plug firmly and avoid pulling directly on the power cord.
- Only use accessories that are specifically designed for this appliance and are sold or recommended by the manufacturer.
- To prevent motor damage and ensure optimal performance, avoid operating the vacuum
cleaner for extended periods with a blocked suction inlet.
- To completely turn off the appliance, unplug it from the wall outlet.

ASSEMBLY AND ACCESSORIES:
Note! Before assembling or disassembling any parts, always unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power supply.
Hose
- To attach the flexible hose: To attach the flexible hose, securely push it into the hose port until you hear a locking mechanism engage
- To detach the flexible hose: Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. To detach the flexible hose, press the release button located on the top of the hose port and carefully remove the hose.
Telescopic tube
- Insert the hose outlet into the telescopic tube.
- Adjust the telescopic tube to the desired length. To adjust the telescopic tube to your desired length slide the release latch forward and pull the lower section of the tube to extend it. Release the slider latch and allow the tube to lock securely in place.
- Securely attach the floor brush to the telescopic tube by firmly
inserting the tube into the brush connection.
Accessories
- The floor brush is specially designed for gentle cleaning on parquet floors and other delicate flooring surfaces.
- The crevice brush is ideal for cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as radiators, crevices, corners, and the spaces between cushions.
OPERATE THE APPLIANCE
- Unwind the power cord to the desired length and plug the vacuum cleaner into a power outlet. The yellow label on the power cord indicates the maximum allowable length and pulling the power cord beyond this limit may damage the appliance. Ensure that the red power cord label is not visible while the appliance is in use
- Press the on/off button to operate the vacuum cleaner.
- For optimal cleaning on hard floors, ensure the floor brush bristles are fully extended. For effective carpet cleaning, ensure the floor brush bristles are retracted. To adjust the floor brush bristle height for hard floors or carpets, press the bristle adjustment button.
- A small slider on the tube handle allows you to adjust the suction power for different cleaning tasks.
- After completing your vacuuming, turn off the appliance using the button, unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet, and press the cord rewind button to automatically retract the power cord. While rewinding the cord, gently guide it with your hand to prevent the plug from swinging sideways or hitting any objects. This will prevent any possible damage.
CLEANING AND CARE
Note! Before cleaning the vacuum cleaner or accessories, always turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet.
Empty the dust container
- To remove the dust container, grasp the handle and press the release button with the symbol. Carefully lift the dust container up.
- Position the dust container above a waste bin. Press the release button with the symbol located on the rear of the dust container to open the bottom compartment, allowing you to empty the collected dust.

If necessary, gently wipe the dust container with a soft, damp cloth.
- After emptying the dust container, securely close the bottom compartment until you hear a locking mechanism engage.

Clean and replace the filters
The appliance features 2 filters. For routine cleaning, gently shake the filters to remove any trapped dirt or debris. For optimal performance, rinse the filters every 3-4 months. Replaced the filters once they are completely dry. Once the filters are thoroughly cleaned and completely dried, reinsert them into the vacuum cleaner.
Dust container filter:
- Remove the dust container from the appliance according to the instructions above. To open the dust container, lift the lid labelled "open."
- There is a filter in the dust container lid. To remove the filter, gently pull the handle labelled "pull."

- The sponge filter (A) can be removed for cleaning. To clean the sponge filter, rinse it thoroughly under running water. Ensure the sponge filter is completely dry before re-inserting it into the filter holder. The second filter part (B) can be shaken over a dustbin to remove any trapped dirt or debris.

EPA12 air outlet filter:
- This filter purifies the air before it is expelled from the vacuum cleaner. The air outlet filter is located at the rear of the vacuum cleaner. Detach the grille and extract the filter.

- Vigorously shake the filter to remove excess dirt. Subsequently, rinse the filter under a steady stream of water until clean. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reattaching it to the vacuum cleaner.
- Before operating the vacuum cleaner, verify that all components are securely assembled.
Note!
Always use your vacuum cleaner with filters installed. Otherwise, loss of power or motor damage may occur.
- Do not wash filters in the dishwasher.
- Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filters.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
In the event of any fault:
- Turn off the appliance:
- Unplug the appliance from power
- By following the instructions given in the table below, you can correct some minor issues. Please check all points in the table before you refer the repair to customer service.

Reduced suction power of the vacuum cleaner
The main brush or accessories are clogged
- There is too much dust in the dust container
- There too much dust in the cotton dust filter

If the problem is not solved, unplug the appliance from power and report the fault to the nearest service centre.
