Frequently Asked Questions - SS-10275 Sogo

How to install the gas hose?
Use an LPG rubber hose conforming to standards (max 1.5 m). Attach it to the hose fitting at the back of the stove and tighten with a hose clamp. The regulator pressure must be 1.5 kg / 300 mm SS. Check for leaks with soapy water, never with a flame.
How to ignite the burners?
Press the rotary knob and turn it counterclockwise to the maximum position. Hold it down until the electronic ignition triggers. Then adjust the flame to the desired level. To turn off, turn the knob clockwise to the off position.
What to do in case of gas smell?
Immediately close the regulator. Open all doors and windows to ventilate. Do not light a flame or plug in any electrical appliance. Do not check yourself, contact an authorized technical service.
Can this stove be used indoors?
No, this product is designed for outdoor use only. There is no exhaust system for combustion gases. Using it indoors poses a risk of poisoning.
How to clean the burners?
After cooling, remove the grates and burners. Clean them with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Do not use sharp or abrasive objects. Make sure the burner holes are not clogged.
What type of regulator to use?
Use a certified low-pressure regulator with fixed calibration at 28-30 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane. The recommended model is 1.5 kg / 300 mm SS, conforming to TSE standards.
What to do if a burner does not ignite?
Check that the electronic igniter is not wet. Make sure the burner holes are not blocked and that gas is flowing (regulator open). If the problem persists, contact authorized after-sales service.
Can I use glass containers or canned goods?
Do not heat glass jars or closed cans. Pressure could cause them to burst. Use containers suitable for gas cooking.
How to check for gas leaks?
Use a soapy solution on the connections (hose, regulator, appliance inlet). If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Never use a flame to check.
What is the product warranty?
Sogo offers a 3-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover incorrect use or unauthorized repairs. For after-sales service, contact sogosat@sogosat.com or 0034 902 222 161.
