SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

Intended use

This product is designed for outdoor use. It is not allowed for commercial use. “CAUTION: This product may be used only for cooking. It should not be used to heat the room or any other purpose.”

- Be careful to avoid getting burned by touching the top panel of the gas table as it gets very hot near the burner when in use.

  • Do not apply excessive pressure to the gas control knobs.
  • To avoid damage, do not place charcoal on the burners.
  • Do not allow the holes in the burners to become clogged.
  • Keep the gas table clean for better service and a longer operation life.
  • At night or when leaving the house, be sure to turn off not only the control knobs of the gas table, but also the main gas valve of gas bottle as well.
  • For better complete combustion, keep the burners clean.
  • Check the rubber gas hose which connect the gas cooker to the gas bottle regularly for wear or leak, it must be replaced occasionally. Keep it away from heat source and keep it clean. • Make sure that there are no inflammable objects near the gas table.
  • The cooker must be connected to the cylinder using a rubber hose for LPG in conformity with the regulations of the country in which the cooker is to be used.
  • Do not move the stove when using it.
  • Keep all ventilation channels unobstructed around them. • After each use of the product, make sure the pressure-reducing valve is closed.
  • Do not use sharp or piercing materials to clean the inside and glass of the product; such materials may damage your product.
  • The hose must be no longer than 1.5 m and should be replaced in compliance with the current legislation in the country of use and in any case after 4 years of use.
  • Always use a low-pressure regulator to connect the cooker to the cylinder. This regulator must have a normalized fixed calibration at 30 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane (50 mbar solely for Austria and Germany).
  • Metal hose clips suitable for gas must be used to secure the hose to the cooker and to the regulator in countries where it is allowed to fix the hose to the actual appliance.
  • When you smell gas (leakage), close the pressure-reducing valve immediately. Never use flames to check for gas leaks. Always use a special spray.
  • Never operate the appliance if the rubber hose is not firmly secured with the recommended clips. Do not use the appliance if there are leaks, damage, or malfunction.
  • Ensure objects are positioned at least 1 m from the cooker in all directions.
  • Do not let pets roam freely in the vicinity of the cooker.
  • Never leave the cooker lit without supervision.
  • Never let children approach the cooker.

In the event of malfunction or smell of gas, never check the heater yourself, but take it to the dealers. In any case, close the gas cylinder tap immediately.

Open all doors and windows if there is a smell of gas and do not light the fire or do not use any device which may cause a spark.

Protect the electronic ignition system from water.

- The electronic igniter will not work if it gets wet. Be careful not to spill water.

- This product is not designed for use by any handicapped people, mentally, physically, or sensually, or by any people having no knowledge or experience (including children) unless they are attended by a person who may assume their safety or give directions for its use. Children must be supervised and must not be allowed to play with the product.

- During and after operation of the product, the exposed parts of the product will remain hot until it cools down; keep children away from it.

- CAUTION: During operation of the grill, the accessible parts may be hot. Keep small children away from it.

- It is risky for children below 8 years old to come into contact with the product when they are not attended by an adult.

- This product may be used by children above 8 years old and/or by any physically,

sensually, or mentally handicapped people if they are informed about the risks and proper operation of the product is shown to them.

  • Children should not play with the product. Cleaning and maintenance of the product may not be performed by children unless supervised by adults.
  • Packaging materials may be risky for children. Keep them in places out of reach of children and sort them according to waste instructions and dispose of them properly.
  • If the venturis of your stove become clogged due to food overflow, contact the authorized service center and have the burner unclogged.
  • If the product is damaged or has any visible defect, do not operate it.
  • Do not perform any repair or modification on the product.
  • Do not use the product when your judgment is impaired due to taking drugs and/or alcohol.

Installation

• Install your stove in the sizes shown in the figure. • Make sure the vents are open. • Make sure the place where you install the stove is made of heat-resistant material. Do not place it on plastic or similar materials. • Make sure the gas installation is proper. • Preparation of the installation place as well as gas installation is the responsibility of the product. • The rules set forth in the applicable local standards regarding gas should be observed during installation of the product. • Damaged products may pose a danger to your safety. • Any operation on the gas equipment and systems should be performed by authorized and competent persons. The product is not equipped with a system for evacuation of the gases that may form after combustion. • The product should be installed and connected as per the applicable installation regulations. Requirements related to ventilation should be specially observed.

LPG connection

- Be careful that gas hose and gas-reducing valve you will use for the stove should be reliable. Fix the gas supply hose to the hose nozzle behind the stove and tighten with a hose clamp and screwdriver (Figure 6). Make sure it is tightened well.

- Length of the gas hose of the stove should not be longer than 1500mm.

- Pressure of the gas-reducing valve to be used for LPG should be 1.5 kg/300mm SS and duly certificated.

- Hoses old, cracked, softened, hardened and used more than 2 years should be replaced.

- Hoses for connecting the containers to the equipment should comply with TS1846 standard and should be made of such material as not to be affected by gas.

- Use your stove with 12 kg gas container. Gas supply hose should not pass through the hot part at the rear of the stove. Temperature of the gas hose should not exceed 90°C. Make sure the system does not leak gas prior to use of it.

Open the gas-reducing valve and control with highly foamed soap water for any gas leakage on the connection you have made.

The size of the container and the size of the gas flame should match each other exactly. Adjust the gas flame so that it does not exceed the base of the container. Place the container in the center of the pan support.

Maintenance and Cleaning

General Information

If the product is cleaned regularly, its service life will be extended and frequently encountered problems will be reduced.

• Hot surfaces may cause burns! Allow the product to cool down before cleaning. - The product should be cleaned thoroughly after each use. This makes it easier to remove food deposits and prevents them from burning on during subsequent use. - No special cleaning agent is required. Clean the product with dishwashing liquid, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth or sponge, then wipe it dry. • Make sure no liquids remain after cleaning, and immediately clean any food splashes during cooking. - Do not use cleaning agents containing acid or chlorine on stainless steel or inox surfaces and handles. Clean by wiping in one direction with a soft cloth and a soapy, liquid (non-scratch) detergent.
