Frequently Asked Questions - FLOORCLEAN 60VO PRO Ulsonix

How to use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum water?
Remove the paper bag and use only the sponge filter and HEPA filter. Make sure the tank is empty. Plug in the appliance and vacuum water. When the tank is full, suction stops and the motor makes a sharp noise: unplug immediately and empty the water.
How to clean the HEPA filter?
Remove the HEPA filter, wash it with warm water and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and let it air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not use harsh cleaners.
What to do if suction becomes weak?
Check if the tank is full or the filter is clogged. Use the filter cleaning function by pressing the designated button while blocking the air inlet. If the problem persists, clean or replace the filters.
Can I vacuum hot ashes?
No, never vacuum ashes above 40 °C, nor embers, lit cigarettes, or flammable objects. This could damage the motor or cause a fire.
How to use the blower function?
Disconnect the hose from the air inlet and connect it to the blower port on the vacuum head. Turn on the appliance: air blows out through the hose, ideal for blowing dust out of crevices.
What does the tip-over protection indicator mean?
If the vacuum tips over, the motor stops automatically to prevent damage. Place the appliance upright and restart it. If the problem persists, check the adjustment.
How to assemble the vacuum wheels?
The wheels come disassembled. Follow the diagram in the manual: insert the axles into the brackets, secure the wheels with the provided screws. The large wheels go at the rear, the swivel casters at the front.
Can the vacuum be used without a filter?
No, use without a filter is strictly prohibited. This would damage the motor and void the warranty. Always use the HEPA filter and the sponge filter for liquids.
How to empty the tank after wet vacuuming?
Unplug the appliance, open the metal clips, lift the top cover, remove the sponge filter, then empty the water through the drain hole or by tilting the tank. Clean the tank with a damp cloth and dry it.
Where can I find spare parts?
Spare parts (filters, bags, accessories) are available from Ulsonix after-sales service or authorized dealers. Use only original parts to ensure safety and performance.

Never use it to carry the device or to pull the plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock. d) Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged or shows obvious signs of wear. A damaged power cord should be replaced by a qualified electrician or the manufacturer's service centre. e) To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or device in water or other liquids. Do not use the device on wet surfaces. f) ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never immerse the device in water or other liquids.

Try to think ahead, observe what is going on and use common sense when working with the device. b) Do not use the device in a potentially explosive environment, for example in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. The device generates sparks which may ignite dust or fumes. c) If you discover damage or irregular operation, immediately switch the device off and report it to a supervisor without delay. d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation of the device, contact the manufacturer's support service. e) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the device. Do not attempt any repairs independently! f) In case of fire, use a powder or carbon dioxide (CO2) fire extinguisher (one intended for use on live electrical devices) to put it out. g) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If the labels are illegible, they must be replaced. h) Please keep this manual available for future reference. If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual must be passed on with it. i) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in a place not available to children. j) Keep the device away from children and animals.
