Usage safety
Please read this manual carefully before operating the equipment. Proper usage will help you fully experience the optimal performance of our products. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
WARNING: Strictly follow the procedures outlined in this manual to avoid electric shock and fire hazards. This equipment is intended for professional use only. Do not allow untrained individuals to operate it. The company is not responsible for any personal injury caused by failure to follow the operating instructions. Only experienced maintenance personnel should service this equipment.
1) Maintain a Clean Workspace
Keep your workspace clean and well-lit. A cluttered, disorganized, or poorly lit area increases the risk of accidents.
2) Avoid Flammable Environments
Do not operate the equipment in areas containing flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
3) Keep Children and Bystanders Away
Ensure that children and bystanders are at a safe distance from the workspace while the machine is in operation. Distractions can lead to loss of control.
4) Stay Focused
Always concentrate on your work. Operate the machine only when you are alert—never when you are tired, under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
5) Wear Protective Equipment
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety goggles, dust masks, overalls, helmets, or earmuffs, depending on the task. PPE reduces the risk of injury.
6) Dress Appropriately
Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, or accessories while operating the machine. Keep long hair tied back and avoid letting clothing or gloves come into contact with moving parts.
7) Avoid Overloading the Machine
Use the appropriate tool for each task. Operating the machine within its power limits ensures both efficiency and safety.
8) Unplug Before Adjustments
Disconnect the machine from the power source before making any adjustments, replacing parts, or when not in use, to prevent accidental startup.
9) Keep Equipment Out of Children's Reach
Store the equipment in a location where children cannot access it. Only trained individuals who have read and understood this manual should operate the machine.
10) Power Off Before Adjustments
Always turn off the power before making any adjustments to the machine to prevent accidental startup and potential injury.
11) Ensure Proper Assembly
Make sure the drilling frame is correctly assembled before installing the machine. Proper assembly is crucial to prevent collapse.
12) Secure the Machine
Firmly attach the machine to the drilling frame before operation. A loose machine can lead to loss of control.
13) Stabilize the Drilling Stand
Place the drilling stand on a stable, level surface. An unstable stand can cause difficulty in controlling the machine safely.
Avoid overloading the stand or using it on a ladder or scaffold. Overloading the stand can cause it to tip over.
15) Clear the Workspace
Ensure the workspace is free of obstacles and has adequate space for safe operation. Be mindful of unexpected movements that could cause accidents.
16) Check the Opposite Side During Deep Drilling
When drilling through a material, check the opposite side to ensure the drill bit will not cause harm to people or damage to materials. Secure and isolate the area if necessary.
17) Use Proper Safety Accessories
Equip yourself with the following safety accessories when operating the machine:
- Head protection
- Ear protection
• Safety goggles or dust-proof mask - Respirator
- Protective gloves
• Clothing that allows free movement - Steel-toe boots
- First-aid kit
If you have any questions or uncertainties about operating the machine, please consult a professional. For further assistance, contact your dealer. We are committed to ensuring your safety and efficiency.
WARNING: The company is not responsible for accidents caused by improper securing of the equipment.
Installing the Stand
There are two methods to install the stand:
1) Using a Vacuum Suction Plate
2) Using Expansion Bolts or Anchors
WARNING: Do not use the vacuum suction plate for ceiling or wall drilling. Improper use or negligence may result in serious or fatal injury. When using the vacuum suction plate, ensure the bearing surface is non-porous, thick, and secure. Also, verify that the vacuum pump provides sufficient suction to hold the vacuum suction plate firmly in place.
Method 1: Using a Vacuum Suction Plate
1) Install the Vacuum Seal:
Attach the vacuum seal to the pedestal.
2) Connect the Vacuum Pump:
Connect the vacuum pump to the vacuum pressure quick connection.
3) Position the Base:
Place the base at the desired location.
4) Activate the Vacuum Pump:
Start the vacuum pump and ensure it reaches a minimum pressure of 635 mm Hg (25 inches). This pressure is necessary to secure the base firmly to the surface.
Method 2: Using Expansion Bolts or Anchors
1) Drill a Hole:
Drill a hole at the predetermined position for the expansion bolt or anchor.
2) Secure the Base:
Tighten the base firmly using the expansion bolt or anchor. Ensure that the bolt is correctly fixed by checking it thoroughly. Use a spanner to adjust the base screw according to the foundation.
3) Wall Installation (if applicable):
If you need to install the stand on a wall, it is advisable to remove the head before installation. Secure the stand firmly in place, and then reinstall the head on the stand. Ensure that all screws are tightened securely. (If needed, use a spiral crane to adjust the stand to the appropriate height before securing it.)
Installing a Connection Block (for Large Drill Bits)
- When using a large drill bit, you may need to install a connection block to create sufficient distance between the bit and the stand. Connection blocks are available in sizes of 30mm,
60mm, and 100mm. In some cases, multiple blocks can be used together to achieve the desired distance.
- Use four bolts to secure the connection block to the lifting mechanism. Ensure that all bolts are tightened securely.
- After securing the connection block, attach the motor assembly to the block and tighten the bolts.
WARNING: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened before using the machine.
WARNING: Do not modify the machine from its original design unless approved by the manufacturer. Always use original accessories. Unauthorized modifications or the use of non-approved parts may result in injury or death.

For the disposal of the device please consider and act according to the national and local rules and regulations.
