Sicherheitshinweise

Read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance. Familiarise yourself with the operation, adjustments and functions of switches. Internalise and follow the safety and operation instructions in order to avoid possible risks and hazards.
- This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they are supervised or have received instructions concerning use of the product in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the product. - If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a possible hazard.
- The product is not suitable for continuous operation. Do not operate the product longer than 15 seconds. Let the product cool down before next use.
• Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

- Switch off the product and disconnect it from the power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. Do not use the product if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks.

- The mains voltage must match the information on the rating label of the product.
- The power plug is used as the disconnect device. Please be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.
- Only unplugging from the power socket can separate the product completely from the mains.
- Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks or contact with sharp corners.

Intended use
This appliance is exclusively designed for squeezing citrus fruits – such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes, etc. Any other use can lead to damage to the device or injuries. The Imtron GmbH assumes no liability for damage to the product, for property damage or for personal injury due to careless or improper usage of the product, or usage of the product which does not meet the manufacturer's specified purpose.
Before first use
Carefully take the product and its accessories out of the original packaging. Retain the original packaging in case you would like to store the product away or transport it at a later date. If you choose to dispose of the original packaging, then do so according to the applicable legal regulations. Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages. Should the contents in the packaging not be complete or damaged, do not use the product. Return it to your retail outlet immediately. After unpacking, please refer to chapter Cleaning and care.
Disposal

Do not dispose of this appliance as unsorted municipal waste. Return it to a designated collection point for the recycling of WEEE. By doing so, you will help to conserve resources and protect the environment. Contact your retailer or local authorities for more information.

Warning
Always ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply before it is fully and correctly assembled.
Fig. 1 Place the motor base on a flat surface. Place the juice collector on the motor base with its spout fitting with the groove. Place the juice sieve on the juice collector. Place the juicing cone on the sieve.
Note:
Use the small cone for smaller fruits and add the large cone for larger fruits. Place the lid over the juicing cone.
The appliance is now ready for use.
Preparing fruits
- Carefully clean citrus fruits before juicing.
- Cut the fruits into halves.
Operation
Fig. 2 Unwind the power cord from the cord storage underneath the base. Run the power cord through the recess on the bottom of the motor base.

Fig. 4 Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical outlet.
Fig. 5 Remove the lid and press the fruit halve with one hand gently over the juicing cone. Stabilise the appliance by holding the base with the other hand. When the pressing cone is pressed down, the appliance switches on automatically and the juicing cone starts to move and extracts the juice. Make sure the spout is closed, or a glass is placed beneath it.
Fig. 6 Place the glass/container under the spout. Press the spout down - the juice now starts to run into the glass/container while skin, fruit bits and pips are collected in the juice sieve.
Fig. 7 Once you have the desired amount of juice, lift the spout to avoid the juice being spilled.

Tips:
• Empty the juice sieve regularly to avoid jamming.
- Ensure the juice collector does not overflow during use.
- During use, do not press the juicing cone too strong.

Cleaning and care
- Before cleaning, always ensure to switch the appliance off, unplug it and let it cool completely.
- Never immerse the base or power cord in water or any other liquid.
- For cleaning, never use strong or abrasive cleaning products or sharp edged objects.
- Clean the base with a slightly damp cloth.
- Rinse all the accessories under running water.

Store the appliance in a cool, dry and clean place, out of the reach of children and pets.
