3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature must not exceed 45^ and the relative humidity should not exceed 85% . Only use the device in well-ventilated areas. Do not obstruct the air outlet of the device. Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. The device should always be operated on a stable, fireproof surface and out of reach of children and persons with limited mental and/or sensory functions.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
Before the first use (and also after every 10 operating hours) check the engine oil and, if necessary, top it up to a safe level. Pour the engine oil through the hole in the oil plug. In order to add oil or check its level, place the machine vertically cold or at least a dozen or so minutes after use). wait a while (if it was previously filled with oil), then uncrew the oil plug and check the level at the end of the scale. The correct level should reach at least the bottom of the graduation at the tip of the filler plug. If there is not enough oil, top it up so that its level is within the range on the filler plug. If the oil is used up (evidently dark colour and /or is less transparent)- be sure to replace it.
PLEASE NOTE: the maximum engine oil level should not exceed the lower edge of the end of the filling hole (see the picture below, thus not exceed the upper limit of the graduation at the tip of the oil plug. In the event of overflow, the excess can be sucked off through the filler opening.

A. Oil plug with level graduation
B. Oil fillet
C. Minimum engine oil level
D. Maximum engine oil level
PLEASE NOTE: to drive the machine, use only petrol (min. 92 octane) without any oil admixture!
3.3.DEVICE USE
3.3.1 STARTING THE MACHINE
After filling the tank with fuel and making sure that there is enough oil in the engine, before starting, press the transparent semi-circular fuel bubble several times (next to the choke lever) until the carburettor is filled with fuel. If you are starting the cold engine, turn the choice "ON" by pushing the choke lever down. If engine is warm, the choke should be turned off—the choke lever up ("OFF"). Holding the machine vertically with one hand, grasp the starter cord with the other and pull it vigorously when you feel resistance while pulling. Immediately after starting the engine, do not release the cord, but hold it to allow it to return to the initial position freely and smoothly. Let the running engine run idle for about 5 minutes to bring it up to operating temperature, and turn the choke off by pulling the lever upwards. PLEASE: Sometimes it may take several attempts of pulling the cord before the engine starts. In extremely cold ambient conditions, it may take longer for the engine to reach the operating temperature.

3.3.2 OPERATION
After warming up the engine and turning off the choke, you can start working. First, set the engine speed with the trigger on the handle, depending on the desired impact force. It is recommended to work at medium engine speed - working at high speed while not piling is strongly not recommended. PLEASE NOTE: when using the factory new device for the first time, it is recommended to work at low to maximum average speed for the first 20 hours in order to run in the engine, and thus extend its service life.
3.3.3 TURNING THE MACHINE OFF
Stop pilling, release the throttle trigger and allow the unit to continue idle for 3-5 minutes. Then, press the stop button lock to unlock it and move the stop button upwards according to the arrow marked on it.
PLEAES NOTE:If the device will not be used for some time, let it cool down completely and drain the remaining fuel from the tank.
3.3.4 DISMANTUNG THE PILING SOCKET
If you need to replace the piping/post driving socket (adapter), it is enough to unscrew the 4 hexagonal socket screws (use the Allen key) on the upper end of the socket and remove the socket from the device.

3.4.CLEANCING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Before each cleaning, adjustment, replacement of accessories and also when the device is not in use, let it cool down completely. Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and dust.
d): Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
e) Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
f Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
g) The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
h Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
I. Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula, because they may damage the surface material of the appliance).
3.4.1 MAINTENANCE INTERVALS
| This Table lists the standard intervals for service and maintenance of the machine under normal operation conditions. In the case of operation under harder conditions, e.g. cloudy surroundings, long hours of continuous operation, etc., service intervals are shorter. | Before work | After work or daily | After oil re-ill | Every week | Every month | When worn down | When required | |

3.4.2 AIR FILTER
Regularly check the condition of the air liter for contamination that could block it, thus reducing engine performance and its service life.
To get to the air liter, remove the plastic casing on the side of the machine by squeezing the two tails from the top of the casing (see pictures below). If the liter is dirty, remove it and wash it in warm water with a detergent (e.g. grey soap). Before reassembly, wipe it and dry it well. If the liter is damaged, replace it with a new one.

3.4.3 FUEL FILTER
If the fuel liter is blincked, the engine seep and impure energy of the machine will be reduced. To clean the liter, remove the rap from the tank, pull out the liter through the funnel and put it into a container. If the paper is not cleaned to clean the fuel, liter you should also clean the fuel tank.

3.4.4 SPARK PLUG
To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug gap must be properly set (0.5-0.7 mm).
To get to the spark plug, I remove the machine housing by unscrewing the hexagonal socket screw located on top of the housing, and then pull the housing slightly upwards. Then, locate the ignition cable with a rubber L-shaped cap on one of its ends - after removing it, you will see the spark plug. In the case of a used spark plug, i.e., removed from the machine, before checking and possible adjustment of the gap, i.e., clean the flail accumulated on the tip of the spark plug with a wire brush. You can also use extraction petrol.

EN

3.4.5 MUFFLER
Regularly remove the dirt at the inlet and outlet of the muffer. You can also clean it with appropriate detergents. WARNING: Only clean the muffer when it is cold.
3.4.6 CYLINDER RADIATOR
Regularly remove the accumulated dust and other dirt from the cylinder cooling fins. The machine has an air-cooled engine, therefore unobstructed cylinder fins are crucial for its trouble free long-term operation.
3.4.7 LUBRICATION OF THE IMPACT CYLINDER After 50 hours of operation (pilling or past driving), lubricate the hammer cylinder. To do this, unscrew the lubricant inspection window and tap up approx. 50g transmission fluid:17-80W90 GL through the window. Regularly check the fluid level through the window.

3.4.8 ENGINE OIL
The condition of the oil influences the operation and life of the engine considerably. The engine oil must be replaced after the first use after 10 operating hours, then every 50
operating hours or every six months, whichever comes first. To replace the oil, prepare a right capacity special oil pump with a 10 inch diameter oil filter cap on the vertically positioned machine, and tilt it so that all the oil flows out through the filler opening.
PLEASE NOTE: warm oil is thinner and easier to drain, however, be careful and mind the hot parts of the device and the warm oil itself - there is a risk of burns.

DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
