Frequently Asked Questions - M34-Q-C-PRO LC-Power

How to connect my M34-Q-C-PRO monitor?
Use a DisplayPort cable (recommended for high resolution and refresh rate) or an HDMI cable to connect the monitor to your graphics card. Then connect the power adapter to the monitor and a wall outlet. For audio, connect headphones to the AUDIO OUT jack.
What is the native resolution and maximum refresh rate?
The native resolution is 3440 × 1440 pixels in 21:9 format, with a maximum refresh rate of 165 Hz. Make sure your cable and graphics card support these values.
My monitor does not turn on, what should I do?
First check that the power cable is firmly connected to the monitor and the wall outlet. Also check that the video cable is properly connected to the computer. If the LED is off, press the power button (joystick) for 3 seconds to turn it on.
How to clean the screen without damaging it?
Unplug the monitor. Use a soft, clean cloth slightly dampened with water. Never use chemicals like benzene, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners. You can also use a special screen cloth.
Can I mount the monitor on the wall?
Yes, the monitor is compatible with a VESA wall mount (probably 100×100 mm). Remove the stand by pushing the tab upward, then attach the wall mount using the provided screws. Ensure the wall is solid and ventilation is maintained.
The image shakes or flickers, how to fix?
Check your computer's display settings: set the resolution to 3440×1440 and the refresh rate to 60 Hz or 165 Hz as needed. Ensure the video cable is securely inserted and in good condition.
How to adjust brightness and contrast?
Press the joystick at the back of the monitor to open the OSD menu. Navigate to Image Settings and adjust Brightness and Contrast to your preference.
What if dark or light spots appear at startup?
This is normal: the backlight may take up to 20 minutes to warm up evenly. The spots usually disappear on their own. If they persist, contact after-sales service.
The monitor makes a noise after turning it off, is it serious?
No, this noise comes from the discharge of internal electrical components after shutdown. It is normal and safe for the device.
What is the warranty and where to get spare parts?
For warranty and spare parts information, please contact the dealer or LC-Power after-sales service. Do not attempt to repair the monitor yourself.
