How to adjust the motor rotation speed?
In the menu, access the Mateur Mot option (M000-100) to adjust the motor speed from 0 to 100%. In DMX mode, use the dedicated channel (channel 28 in 28-channel mode, channel 12 in 12-channel mode, channel 3 in 3-channel mode).
How to use the IRC-6 infrared remote control?
Make sure infrared mode is enabled: go to menu, then SET > ir and set to on. Point the IRC-6 remote at the front sensor of the device to control functions.
What to do if the device does not respond?
First check the power supply and fuse. Ensure the power cord is properly connected. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same type and rating. If the problem persists, contact Chauvet support.
How to replace the fuse?
Disconnect the device. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the fuse holder cap. Remove the blown fuse and replace it with an identical fuse (same type and rating). Replace the cap and reconnect.
How to configure master/slave mode?
Daisy-chain the devices via DMX. On the master, select a standalone mode (program or sound). On the slaves, set the DMX address to 1 (or slave mode). See manual for details.
What are the available DMX modes?
The Rotosphere HP offers three DMX modes: 3 channels (program, speed/sensitivity, motor), 12 channels (program, speed/sensitivity, red/green/blue/white/cyan/magenta/yellow/orange, strobe, motor) and 28 channels (individual control of 8 colors on 3 sections, strobe, program, speed/sensitivity, motor).
