How to recharge the Artica MOVE earphones?

Place the earphones in the charging case. The blue LED indicator on the front of the case lights up during charging and turns off when complete. The case is recharged via a USB-C cable.

How to turn the earphones on and off?

The earphones turn on automatically when removed from the case. To turn them off, place them back in the case. You can also turn them off manually by pressing the touch area for 10 seconds.

How to pair the earphones with a phone?

Remove the earphones from the case to turn them on. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select 'NGS ARTICA MOVE' from the list.

What is the battery life of the earphones?

The battery life depends on the volume: 6 hours at 100% volume, 7 hours at 70%, and 8 hours at 50%. With the charging case, you can get up to 28 hours of listening.

How to control playback and calls?

Use the touch area: one press to play/pause, two presses for next/previous track, press and hold to adjust volume. For calls, one press to answer or hang up, hold for 2 seconds to reject.

How to use the voice assistant?

Press once on the touch area of the left or right earphone to open your phone's voice assistant.

What is the maximum Bluetooth connection range?

The Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters in open space.

How to clean the earphones?

Use a soft dry cloth to clean the earphones and case. Do not immerse them in water.

What to do if the earphones do not turn on?

Make sure the charging case is charged. Place the earphones in the case and check that the LED lights up. If the problem persists, press the touch area for 10 seconds to force shutdown, then 5 seconds to turn them back on.

What is the warranty for the Artica MOVE earphones?

The earphones come with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The battery, considered consumable, is warranted for 12 months.

CHARGE STATUS

First time charging

Before you use these Bluetooth earphones, please charge the battery fully.

Dock charge status

Charging - Red charging LED on the base is on.

Charged - LED off.

Low battery:

When the charging base's battery is below 10%, the blue LED on the front flashes to indicate that it needs to be charged.

NGS's limited warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary under local laws.

Battery warranty. The battery is a consumer product, and as such it is under warranty for 12 months.

If at any time in the future you should need to dispose of this product please note that: Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist.
